    This looks sooo good! You need to tell everyone that you can hook up their bathroom for a low price and make some money of this talent! I am OCD, that bathroom would have never gotten done by my hands! 😭💀

    my contact paper’s backing would not come off smoothly, it would tear or not come off at all…

    So where did you put the silicone? No instructions on that? Thanks

    • @taygnaz
      @taygnaz  2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      We ended up not using the silicone, however, it can be applied like caulking around the sink to prevent any water from leaking under the contact paper over time. We never had a problem with this, though!

    You can see the line from the overlap of the backsplash part. That would drive me nuts

      Yes, we used scrap paper left over from the kitchen to complete the bathroom so some of the pieces were not large enough!

    Does it stay? I have been wanting to do this in the kitchen but not sure if it will stick :s

    • @taygnaz
      @taygnaz  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Yes! Our kitchen has been done for almost three months now and not a single problem with sticking so far. I'm obsessed! Highly recommend.

    Looks complicated

    • @taygnaz
      @taygnaz  2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      It's definitely a tedious task, but a great DIY option if you have the patience!

    How did you do this? I tried so hard and used this exact paper, but I can't get it to work for me at all. Like at all...I wanna cry.

    • @taygnaz

      What exactly are you having a difficult time with? The initial placement? Bubbles? Let me know I'll try to walk you through it!

    Love the final result I'm going to attempt this in the future. Going around the curved part of the sink was intimidating but you made it very clear how to do it.

    I didnt know you can place it ontop of each other ive been in my bathroom 3days trying not to put on top and ugh this way is so much easier...Also advice to others ..never use solids.always a pattern...its so hard with solids

    • @taygnaz
      @taygnaz  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      AGREED! Don't use a solid! Patterns allow more room for error!

    That paper looks super sturdy and I love the gloss! Did I hear you paid about $20 per roll?

    • @taygnaz
      @taygnaz  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      It's extremely sturdy! Correct, $21.99 per roll!

    Is it waterproof and fireproof?

    • @taygnaz

      It is waterproof, not sure if it's fireproof - I would guess not!
