Laughed out loud when they showed the pic of the guy in construction gear and hardhat smiling with a peace sign 😂
I mean, do we want to solve the construction labor crisis or not?
@@doctorderpage2848what do you mean?
labor party government bring in tons of migrants into Australia to create housing crisis and overwhelming the healthcare services, human services and inflation and then labor created 2nd problem for Australia by using much needed money for education, welfare, healthcare, public transport services, infrastructure like building better roads , police and ambulance services etc to pay for solving the housing crisis Labor party created in the 1st place…..last time labor party opened border and the boats kept coming till “the slogan Stop the boats “ was created ….Now Labor party “open” the border again by allowing too many people from overseas to flock into Australia not by boats but by airlines

@@doctorderpage2848 Australian businesses love cheap illegal labor. It always seemed like the system was designed to encourage it.
I’m surprised and dismayed that she was acquitted. If she didn’t know what was in the backpacks she wouldn’t have kept saying they weren’t hers. She knew.
Definitely guilty
Special KGB courier 007, imho.
I wonder what circumstances allowed her to be acquitted. Most drug mules end up in prison, from what I've seen on these channels.
Usually, mules are paid. And mules aren’t experts in money laundering, so finding payment isn’t that hard. Sometimes it’s bank transfer, sometimes it’s cash, sometimes it’s the trip itself that is paid by « the friend ». If there was a reasonable doubt she wasn’t paid, ie she paid the trip herself and none transfered cash or waited outside, and she has no criminal record, it can become possible to indeed claim she did someone a service and unknowingly carried drugs.
We don’t know the full story.
@@annegray800 if she was acquitted then there was definitely more to this story than it was shown
Imagine being unemployed and taking out a loan for a "holiday".
They are full of it! Would not believe a word they say, so cunning and sly
I wonder what the interest rates would be for that loan
No..🤣
Sounds like typical Asian banking 🤣
He is never paying that loan back so who cares what rate is
There was an older Australian couple that was tricked into bringing in a lot of drugs by a family friend, but they were not charged. That so-called family friend flew into Australia the next day and thought he was going to pick up his bags he was arrested!
I remember this.
That 'friend' also admitted to 'tricking' the elderly couple - probably why the couple wasn't arrested.
The older couple were definitely tricked. Total different reaction.
Acquitted for drug importation. My jaw just dropped open. The judge should be sacked.
May be first time😂
@@unboxingdoomdays5949 Juvie offender maybe?
Some countries don't care. If you've brought it in, you're responsible.
She hired a very competent lawyer. We don't know all the facts.
They were lenient on her to get to bigger fish.
Good grief people where are your masks when opening these packages????
Because you don’t want to breathe in any drugs or (unknown) bacteria, it’s just for their safety, plus I think they choose to wear a mask.
@@MementoMori0915 I think the OP is asking why they weren't wearing masks when opening the deer antler/skin package
Probably a reconstruction after the hides were irradiated. Or they are nuts.
These people underestimate the ability of airport staff, law enforcement at the airport.
Lucky the woman was not caught in Singapore... disappointed to know she was acquitted 😮
Singapore changed their law in 2013 and, Singapore has never, ever executed a Caucasian person The fact that her suitcase was most likely used previously to successfully smuggle drugs is probably what saved her
Also if she was caught in Malaysia, it's the death penalty as well
We don't know the reason why she was acquitted. It wouldn't the first time someone was an unwitting drug mule.
Policed used her to catch the real owners of the drugs that's why..
There are two things that nobody can get away with at the Airport security, X-RAY and sniffing dogs. LOL!!!!!!
People and their phones!!! They think themselves too smart to be caught. The phone leaves a huge, easily identifiable trail.
Why didn't they tell her to give it to the person she was delivering it to and arrest them also. Missed opportunity to get a dealer who might have given info.
Perhaps she co-operated with authorities to help them catch a bigger fish and got off that way.
@@kayecastleman6353 interesting theory.
Never carry anything for anyone when you enter a country.
You’re responsible for knowing what’s in your bags since they’re in your possession which means that if any bag in your possession has anything illegal, it’s your responsibility
“As you can see now, it’s actually an antler” You don’t say 😂
Them: as you can see there is an unusual shape in this package.
Me straight way: I’m not a professional, but those look like deer antlers. 😆😅
Interesting that they always talk about organic material showing up in orange colors but the antlers showed up in bright green. Calcium content, maybe?
@@alka9613 Antlers are made of Keratin. The same substance in fingernails.
3:27 “노가다” is just day-to-day manual labor, not a loan. The translator got it wrong
If i opened that box with the moist animal parts, I'd have probably found an excuse to clock out and go home
GenZ?
This helps explain why we have so much defective and non comliant building works in Australia.
Sad but true.
Wow! First time I’ve seen this happen, being acquitted after drugs were found. She got lucky.
There must have been some pretty compelling evidence in her favour. But I have seen it happen at least once before. However, that was an elderly couple that were duped into carrying drugs for another man that showed up the next day. He was busted instead after he broke during interrogation. Luckily.
@@Ama-hi5kn - so glad for the elderly couple. 🙂
She, is the reason. They usually get leniency.
She didn't get lucky. She got a very good lawyer. And she most likely cooperated in arresting the people who she was supposed to deliver the bags to.

Yes. When we lie, we make a choice, and we mean to do it. Empty words.
Why would you have a lap top bag with no lap top??! 🤣😂
To put it on top of her lap, duh
I lied on purpose- but I didnt mean to lie on purpose, it was accidentally on purpose 😂😂😂😂😂
It was an on purpose accident 😂😂😂
They all say it’s not theirs and they all say somebody else packed it thinking that’s gonna get them off and they won’t have to pay nothing
Pay anything.
It’s like a myth that by denying bags not belonging to them no consequences would be borne, despite it being debunked over and over, and clearly debunked many times on this channel.
When I travel with my husband, I do not even pack his bags, he does it himself. Therefore if asked at the border: did you pack your bags yourself, the answer is always YES.
.. Just for clarification... I don;t know if this vid has been edited, but the guy did not say "He got loans from the bank for the money" he said "he is a day-laborer.. (where he gets his money)" Obviously not a sustaining income stream to support his visit but making corrections for the sake of clarity... (3:27)
I question the interpreter's interpretation based on his statement, as I have doubts about its accuracy. "노가다 일들" refers to hands-on hard work, but they managed to secure a loan from the bank. 😅.
Probably edited out
" moist animal parts" 🥴
Only my second time ever seeing someone get acquitted 😮
Yeah. That's why they say, never accept a bag from someone else, even if it's your best friend. It's always POSSIBLE your friend does drugs and you didn't know! 😲 So presumably she was able to give the jury a reasonable doubt about the idea that she knew there were drugs. 😲 🙂
There are two things that nobody can get away with at the Airport security, X-RAY and sniffing dogs. LOL!!!!!!
13:57 . . "We have an item that could be highly dangerous for Australian bio-securty whith who knows WHAT bacteria or diseases in it. . Let's spread it out here on the floor to expose AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE to the air and allow those contaminants to spread easily"
So I guess anyone can import drugs and not get charged as long as you say the bags weren’t yours. Good to know, but that doesn’t explain why all the other people were imprisoned for doing the same thing.
It could have been an error from the state and she was acquitted on a technicality.
Perhaps she so-operated with the authorities to help them find out more about the smuggling operation.
she WAS charged, bro. But remember, Australia and USA are free countries. So being charged doesn't automatically mean you are convicted. If a jury agrees that you had no reasonable way of knowing you were transporting drugs, you will not be convicted. Remember, it has to be "beyond reasonable doubt".
Being a young white girl was the obvious reason
if the deer skins are so potentially deadly, then why are they dripping them all over the floor! So much for biosecurity!
potentially bad for australian ecosystem, not necessarily containing a disease deadly to man. 🙂
Ah yes the I am carrying the bag for a friend excuse haha might as well say you found it on the side of the road
He actually said he worked as a labourer but the interpreter said he got a loan from a bank 😂😂😂😂
Exactly! 😂 Or maybe he said something more after talking about 노가다 but they edited that part? 😅
@@patkainkorea yes. 노가다 means a labourer. It’s different from a construction worker here.
Now I see why I get a headache watching these videos because of the LOUD MUSIC DROWNING OUT THE SPEAKER! Gee wiz!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
“Carrying for a friend.” Like that makes any difference! You will still be charged because it’s your luggage!! 😂🤣
charged, yes. But she was acquitted; apparently the jury agreed that there was "reasonable doubt" that she knew there were drugs.
So she was given a chance to go home and everyone else goes to jail when caught huh?
Why the security employees are not using face masks 😷 to protect themselves from bio security risks? even the gloves they are using are not the right ones for the job 😰
At least he wants to work and earn money unlike sitting and getting benefits from centrelink.
"I didn't mean to lie" yeah right...
*Not every suspect is guilty. Considering the circumstances, the woman who was acquitted must have had some pretty strong evidence to get a not guilty verdict.*
That's not at all how it works
She cooperated in arresting the people she was supposed to deliver the bags to.

"I admit that I lied, but I didn't mean to lie!" Huh-wha?
My favorites “no i didn’t work at all” and the employer says otherwise, “these bags are not mine, someone gave it to me”, and of course crocodile tears.
The background ' music ' is so loud you cannot hear them talking!
Acquitted …? What
That's quite a rarity. There's obviously a part of the story we don't know.
@@golden-63 or, just she genuinely didn't know they had drugs, and the jury agreed. Even if your best friend gives you something, it's POSSIBLE it could have drugs in it.
But this is why they say never do stuff like this, because you never know 100% that no one in your life is doing drugs, you know. 🙂
She's white and European
@@SiopaokoWhite has nothing to do with it, Female, certainly does.
Why risk your life to mess with law and order 🤦🏽♀️
To be honest that is her luggage she knows exactly what is in it
Getting an acquittal under the circumstances means there was strong evidence she didn't know.
He's going through a divorce and wants to go to Australia? Just go to another town 😂
Unless you can get someone to go to the airport and take responsibility for the luggage, I don't understand why border security would care who the woman claimed packed it. She is carrying it. It should be her responsibility unless someone else claims it. Makes no sense at all.
Look, border security will arrest her. But don't you remember that we have separation of powers? The executive branch arrests, then the judicial branch determines guilt or innocence, and you are presumed innocent. So, apparently, the executive branch could not prove beyond a reasonable doubt that she knew the bags contained drugs.
The thing is they should think about being caught before they decide to transport illegal stuff, they are very irresponsible people and big threat to the system
Interesting and a worthwhile informational production made impossible to enjoy let alone difficult to understand with the hideous artificial background noises overpowering the voice-overs. Wish you well.
Big kudos to the Aussies for enforcing their immigration laws. They could teach the US a lot.
Mr. Han still grasps at straws even though he surely knows the game is up...
Poor deers😢😢😢😢
Worker, excessive blinking, eye-twitching.
How was that Estonian woman acquitted? Did she get ANY kind of punishment?
Why no jail time for her????
She was acquitted.
The receiver of the animal skins wants them bad enough to pay for treatment but, were these poor things killed legally??? The woman smuggling narcotics was acquitted after her trial and sent home??? Wow, that’s a huge deterrent for smuggling drugs, Australian Courts need to do better!
"I didn't mean to lie" makes no sense at all....All lies are intentional...that's the whole point of doing it.
Fluid from the deer was all over their shoes. Did they irradiate them too, or just go home at the end of the day?
I could imagine all the people that are getting away with bringing in drugs and other things, due to the fact that they can't stop everyone.
She was aware of the drugs! Shameful. What! She was acquitted.
You didn't hear all the evidence in this case now did you? Acquittals are pretty rare under such circumstances. Something happened that we don't know about.
13:28 They decide to spread the animal skin which is a serious biohazard out on the floor. We can see at 14:52 that the skin drips all over the floor. And of course they are going to completely disinfect the floor and their shoes afterwards. Right?
So she gets done and a kilo walks in.
One time I took a bag of detergent to Mexico. I didn’t think anything of it but they acted like I had drugs. Nothing happened. They confiscated it and I had to buy more detergent but I’d never traveled out of the country before. My mother-in-law carries detergent tablets.
Why can't we know why that woman was acquitted. I'm guessing she was forced into it by some sort of criminal organization.
Either that or her story was actually true.

I'm confused as to how a person caught WITH drugs gets acquitted. Although, they did let an elderly couple off when they were caught with loaded bags. This was the Canadian (I'm pretty sure they were Canadian) couple who had "won" a trip to Australia with special luggage.
you just answered your own question. There are rare instances when people really didn't know.
There is no law in these countries oh my god …I’m shocked
