- Thai Expats, and others on visas that aren't tourist Visa's have to report returning to their home address, or visiting friends addresses within Thailand. This includes just taking an overnight trip within the country. It is supposed to be the landlords responsibility, however in practice you can and will be fined if the report is not made.
This is just a quick video showing how to do your report on the Section 38 app which you can download to your Android our Apple phone.
But first get the username and password from your landlord. It is far easier than reporting and takeing a chance on relying on your landlord.

Hi Thomas. You will see in the video that I dont take a photo. It is not necessary and it does not work for us. Your fine without it.
