All Non Thai nationals are obliged to submit TM30, each and every time they enter Thailand from overseas. You can find the website at: extranet.immigration.go.th/fn...
You can also submit TM30 using Thai Immigration Online app called SECTION 38. WE will add a video tutorial on this app soon.

The system just updated on September 14th and looks entirely different. This is mostly for the better because the old system was clunky and didn't work well but the new one is lacking in buttons to navigate the site and newbies are probably going to get confused trying to make their new registration and first TM.30 submission.

Hello, thanks for the great video. Question - if you enter just via 45 days visa exempt (which was 30 days before 1st OCT 2022) - what type of visa I need to choose?
It was called "ผ.ผ.30", now it's actually "ผ.ผ.45", but in passport they put usually "ผ.ผ.30/45". And in this form I can find either "ผ.ผ.30" or "ผ.45". So what to choose better? I think ผ.* with just one "ผ" is smth like VoA and it's not Visa Exempt.
Hi there, actually we just put up the video as reference for our property clients. So I suggest you contact your work HR / Visa Agent / Immigration for advice. Sorry, we are not Visa agents. I would think that the 30 day visa option would apply if their is no 45 day option. The current Visa on Arrival of 45 days (ie 30+15 days) visa is just new in response to Thailand re-opening after Covid.

I tried to register several guests in the last week and as none had a TM6 form could not save (submit) the form.
Thats interesting. I know its not an issue when using the TM30 App Section38, the TM6 can be left blank.
What do I choose in visa type when I have a work visa here? I tried NON 90 and NON 1 year, I still get error saying ' import data is incorrect' the rest of the information I followed correctly. HELP! Where did I go wrong..
Hi Ms. Jen, for those with Non B visa + work permit we always use Non 90 without issue. Maybe there is another error in the page somewhere. If not then I recommend you contact your local Immigration office.

The video is only a guide, as we are not visa agents. But if you have specific questions we will try ad address them for you.
After submitting the information via website, how to get the receipt?
After submitting TM30 details, you need to screen shot your details and keep as a receipt. You will see in the video from 2.40 "Click here to find your submission" and onwards shows you what details to screen shot. Immigration does not issue a "receipt" after submission unlike 90 Day reporting online.

I got a paper receipt ( receipt of notification)from my landlord and it included my name, address and government chop. How do I get this?
@@margolaw1045 Then your landlord must have submitted your TM30 either in person at Immigration or via postal submission. To get that receipt you mention you must submit in person or via post. Using the website or the TM30 app, a screen shot as proof of submission will suffice.
