    Our first day in Chile came at an abrupt weather change. Gone were the calm blue skies, replaced with strong, cold winds. Gone were the freely rising trout to dry flies, replaced by sluggish, deep holding trout. This is a stunning creek south of Coyhaique, Chile at peak flowering season. Join us as we nymph some incredible water early in the season.

    Thank you for awesome footage of a most beautiful part of the world. It is fantastic to watch different people share a common passion for fly fishing in relatively thin water and finding incredible fish...and then releasing them back into the wild. Not really sure what to say to political commentary on a fly fishing channel.

    • @jkoysza1
      @jkoysza1 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Without Pinochet, Chile would be a Cuban style communist state. He restored prosperity and liquidated radical leftists.

    • @DonMiguelinside
      @DonMiguelinside 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Maybe just delete this comment. Pinochet was a dictator that overviewed the killing of multiple thousands of people and the torturing of tens of thousands. He lead a terror regime and was objectively a bad person.

    • @antoineevrard1602
      @antoineevrard1602 2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      This isn't about polítics choices. Facism Is not acceptable. Nowhere.

    • @jkoysza1
      @jkoysza1 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@antoineevrard1602 Clearly I disagree. There are times when a Christian Military dictatorship is preferable. Witness the quagmire in the USA where we change national policy every four years based on the shallow educated majority being influenced by the politics du jour. Brazil has the raw materials to be an international leader, yet they wallow in cultural corruption and inaction. Consider Singapore, a tiny country full of aggressive well governed citizens who flex inordinate international power.
      I second the opinion of LG: Thank you General Pinochet!

      How ignorant of what we do are you? We're two Canadians that share the how to of our moments in order to help other fly fishers realize that ff isn't and doesn't have to be hard. Hopefully you can see past how you project how you want life to be and get that there are other ways and outlooks on life. 🍻
