The Consensus Amongst Anyone Who Is Watching These Is: PLEASE POST EVERY EPISODE YOU HAVE!!!!!!!!!!!!! You Are LITERALLY The Only Source For These Beloved Shows, And Know That Us Fans Out Here Are So Very Thankful For Them. Also, If You Could Leave A List Of The Episodes That You Can Post, Would Be So Grateful. I'm Hoping You Are Able To Post Every Episode They Made Of The Show, So PLEASE Let Us Know!!!!!!!! Thank You
The guests had some sad faces at the end. All the wonderful food he cooked on the show. Felt like they got ripped off. Burnt eggs. I could have made this at home.😂😂😂
This show reminds me of the late 90s early 2000s before I got divorced from my first wife we had cable just came on on the Food Network I would watch it everyday washing preparing dinner
There are TONS of these shows, Mario did at least 8 seasons and they aired 5 days a week. I think I watched them all when the originally aired on Food Network in the 90s. It was one of the best shows on Food Network, which has become a shitbox of reality food shows and contests now.
The pasta course is NOT Vespri's or rather Palermo's famous Pasta Con Le Sarde, rather an extremely dumbed down version to be sure. The classic which is nothing short of a masterpiece is not nearly as simple as Mario is making it out to be. Crucial ingredients are missing including Sarde (Sardines), Finochietto (wild fennel fronds), Strato (sun dried tomato paste), along with Anchovy and Saffron which are optional. The real recipe can be seen here. Forward to 21:00. th-cam.com/video/mfajWXlnlBw/w-d-xo.html
@@jeffconzalino8886 there's no way they scripted that dude asking if the escarole is dirty. I actually went to the comments to see if anyone complained about this guy. I've seen him in one other episode asking nothing but these types of dumbass questions.
Thanks Molto Fan! These old school Mario shows are awesome!
Loved this show

Im addicted to old Molto Mario episodes
The last dish, with the sardines, looks absolutely stunning. I bet it tastes like a million dollars.
a million dollars tastes terrible, all papery
Real Italian Osterie cooking doesn't taste like a million dollars. That's Ristorante cooking, Osterie cooking should be fun.
I must have seen this episode at least a few hundred times now ....
Thanks for posting these videos, agree with everyone else, please post all you have.
Finally tried using fennel in a salad - works in so many ways! Works well cooked also - love this discovery!

My mom would put sardines in pasta sauce, add to cooked pasta then put toasted bread crumbs on top. Soo Good.
Osterias serve simple dishes with fun, authentic italian cocktails. 😤😤😤
its a great style of cooking very interesting. sorry im late to the party
There is a Johnson & Whales in Charleston, SC - and also lots of amazing restaurants!
I broke up some garlic bread in some pasta and ate it later - it almost tasted like Parmesan or Romano .....

4:04 there’s a lot of truth in that statement (and perhaps a little bit of bs 😅)
Lol, sidestepped the "Am I supposed to burn the eggs?" question quick..
He didn't burn the eggs . Just cooked it until it was nice and brown . Cooked in olive oil..I have the cookbook to the series. Go on thrift books...

Let's Collaborate, Supreme!!
Would love to enjoy a nice, caaaahlm conversation .......
How about arugula?!?!?
Wish the guests would stop asking so many questions.
They are scripted so Mario can impart his immense knowledge in that"Mario"way that makes the show so interesting. Bravo Mario!

damn he was rushed in this episode
My family has a background from Europe so I understand cooking very well, I prefer to cook with meat rather than veggies.
Wash your hands after cracking the eggs.
I love the shows, but the music is HIDEOUS!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Hey, I love the music.
Sicily doesnt cook like that .You mean sicilian style cooking bs.
