Chef Mario Batali Fagioli is Love Ribollita: Bean Soup in the style of Tuscany, Bracciole di Maiale: Pork and Cabbage Pockets, Sformato di Fagioli: Bean Pudding in the style of Tuscany
Why can't we get cooking shows like this were the chef explains why you cook or do things a certain way.I think I started watching Mario in the 1980s.I remember him grating his finger on one show.I have been cooking for 50 years professionly.Retired now & still love cooking.Italian & Greek food food my favorite
Mario does a great job of teaching while giving the backstory as to why each ingredient is used. I learn something new everytime I watch him, even though I've seen all of these episodes.
The Consensus Amongst Anyone Who Is Watching These Is: PLEASE POST EVERY EPISODE YOU HAVE!!!!!!!!!!!!! You Are LITERALLY The Only Source For These Beloved Shows, And Know That Us Fans Out Here Are So Very Thankful For Them. Also, If You Could Leave A List Of The Episodes That You Can Post, Would Be So Grateful. I'm Hoping You Are Able To Post Every Episode They Made Of The Show, So PLEASE Let Us Know!!!!!!!! Thank You
I managed to miss Molto Mario in the early FN days. Maybe I just wasn't as interested in Italian food. I love the older format of cooking and chatting and sharing historical and cultural information. So much better than current programming though I admit I have become a fan of Chopped anyway.
Spoke to someone from Tuscany randomly one day. I asked if they really like beans. Glad they laughed cause I didn't want to fight cause I heard something. They said Tuscans love beans.
Dude, what happened? You say in your channel description that you would upload about 45 episodes, but there are only 20 on your channel, and the last one was uploaded 4 years ago?
Kale is notoriously difficult to cook with because it burns so easily and I'm not much for cooking with beans, I prefer if I'm cooking Italian cuisine to have it be a meat dish like stuffed shells with sausage or even fish, but if I were to use veggies it'd be celery, broccoli, stuff that I know won't go up in flames, pun intended!
In the end, however....Your hubris (sexually assaulting women) overtook your talent and your (otherwise)-amazing skills as a chef. Very sad, indeed. I've encountered men like this in my profession. It's horrible, truly. (And, sadly.)
Oh F-off spinoza. This insistence on having only goody-good people doing everything is really counter productive, and the "MeToo" element has gotten waay out of control as well. Richard Wagner was a miserable, anti-semitic pig but he wrote great music. Should we stop listening because he was a bastard?
the best show ever on the old days of food network....i remeber watching it daily

3:34..."What would your lipid of choice be Mallory?" "KY Jelly."
Who is she?
Love this! I can't stand the competition shows!
yes they are a joke to watch.........no more FN for me...
If you have the episode "Il Pastore", that was Anthony Bourdain's TV debut. That would be a sight to behold.
I love the history with the food!
Thanks so much for the uploads
Love these videos!!

I can't believe I have not seen any YTPs about this. It'd be perfect..

Great comment Matthew
Mario...you are my lipid of choice. "Extra-virgin"--not required. xo
Great it is 3 a.m. and I've just watched Mario Batali beat his meat
Fagioli all'uccelletto little bird
Cannellini beans
BUON🇮🇹
I don't know why but I thought it was funny when he cut the first part of the onion and accidentally threw it into the beans.

His interactions with Mallory are rather uncomfortable now considering his legal troubles.
Which ones?
Food poisoning bothers...some people.
More bitter than kale, oh god
