Every man feels nervous but you can work on your nervousness and genuinely feel confident. If you just tell her you're nervous it shows that you're more willing to cheat your way out of actually working on your nervousness and resort to telling her so that you get some sort of sympathy out of her. If you really want to be confident you gotta work for it by practice
I feel like people are insecure cause they have this idea that they need to impress people somehow- that idea causes insecurities, it makes you feel like you’re not good enough. We try to impress but when we try to impress we’re not being ourselves. And that leads to insecurities cause we don’t fully accept ourselves. Idk it’s complicated
I think for a while I focused only on being perceived as confident and I would make myself unhappy to do so. A few months later I decided to stop caring about it and just figuring out how I could be happier and more genuine. I’ve been doing great lately and enjoying life amazingly, but I wasn’t sure if people found me attractive with what I was doing and I wanted to know. Thanks man, this really helped me clarify things.
I was suffering in great dilemma with the line "Fake it till you make it" until I watched this video but now it has opened my knowledge eye of what TRUE Confidence is about i.e VULNERABILITY✨
Faking confidence for me is incredibly easy. I have literally faked it so much that it's becoming a part of me. You have to be incredibly unhinged and insane to actually do this.

Not always.. I myself, as a woman, can tell you it’s definitely not a turn off when you’re being honest and genuine, even if you’re feeling insecure. I’d prefer that any day over a guy who’s being too cocky. A bit of confidence always goes a long way, but so does being honest about your insecurity. It really depends on the type of woman you’re approaching, to say the least..

Go do some exercise , go outside work on your hobby , go on an adventure , go out with friends , work on your social skills , upgrade your wardrobe. EVERYONE gets rejected , its a part of life. Ask anyone who is successful , the people who are rejected the most in life and let it affect them the most are the ones who get the most success.

i think when you tell a women that you nervous to meet her in ur hand shaking creeps her out just saying confidence is all about supporting yourself so if you see a girl just say to yourself she going to like you and give you her number that usally get me going i use to have alot self doubt until i started rejected next time you walk into anywhere i want you to say aint nothing going to happen to me and nobody going mess with me

But what happens when working at a company for 12 years, and you are a very extraordinary worker. And one day your boss fires you out of know were all the good money that you made is gone. Or you merry who you think would be your true love. After 15 years of marriage have kids and everything. And your lover one day ups and leave you? Suddenly you think to your self with heavy loads of doubt, fear un worthiness. You start losing your self worth then fear takes over your mind. Now were will you put confidence in now. None of this happened to me I'm just saying as a example. Without the lord we cant really accomplish anything.
