I used to be very confident in myself. After 1 bad day, almost all my confidence is gone. I felt like im losing myself. When i asked for help, their response just made it worse. I think you might be overthinking it. Whenever I let loose and stop trying to give the perfect response, things come out. You may not give the right response but over time with experience you will learn to give the response you want. For now though, I would say just don't overthink it and let loose. It doesn't need to be the perfect response, it just needs to be you
