First time playing Red Dead Redemption 2.
The story is set in a fictionalized representation of the United States in 1899 and follows the exploits of Arthur Morgan, an outlaw and member of the Van der Linde gang, who must deal with the decline of the Wild West while attempting to survive against government forces, rival gangs, and other adversaries.

You guys are really starting to sink your teeth in the masterpiece of character work that is Arthur Morgan. When oak noticed Arthur’s guilt and displeasure at being called “the most wonderful man” Arthur is one of the best complex characters in fiction. Although he’s an outlaw he remains very human, reading his journal furthers it even more.
It only took 16 episodes for them to start figuring this out.

Guys you can talk to everybody, just hold L2. I noticed you wanted to talk to people but you said ” It’s not popping up so I guess not”. You just need to look at them and then click L2.
They figure this out about 8 minutes into the video :D
A little tip about the map and how you can learn what places on your map are gonna entail is to READ THE INFO when you are hovered over anything such as businesses, bounties, missions, etc. it’ll read you more stuff like if there’s rooms and bathing available in some saloons.
Also use the pause menu to access the tip/info section which will assist you figuring out how to properly hunt and gather items and crafting equipment that will help you guys get more satchel upgrades for more inventory space. Ps: legendary animals should always go to Trapper for special outfits made from those parts, and perfect condition animals could go to Pearson or Trapper and to get perfect on smaller animals you require small game arrows, and varmint rifle, bigger game require heavier ammo to get clean shots. Hope this helps more!!
Man this couldn't have been better timing!, it's my birthday, just finished with the gym, took a shower, sat down to watch some youtube and my favorite channel posted. Can't get any better.

Just started the video, so not sure if you spend some time in camp, but if you want to learn more about the gang keep a look out for two or more character hanging out together. Often they're just standing around, but sometimes you get some dialog you can listen into. Nighttime is often a good time to hear things as character will often chat around the fire.
A core part of the RDR2 story is the gang and how it changes as things happen, and the camp is where that often plays out as you learn a bit about their history and how they think things are heading. Thanks to these streams I'm doing a second playthrough and I just heard dialog from Bill that I didn't get the first time around that helps to gives new insight to his character.

You all joked about using a 22 (Varmint Rifle) in a gunfight. It actually works just fine if you make a headshot. One shot kills with headshots, .22 Cal or not.
Check your guns after wading about in the swamp as it degrades them. Funny stuff when you punched the Gator! Loved it.

1:26:34 Yep, the Lancaster Repeater, even though its one of the first weapons you get in the game its pretty much the best all a round weapon for a shootout, my best recommendation would be to have any type of shotgun (double barrel, pump, semi auto...) and the Lancaster Repeater on your person at all times, its the best combination for both short and long distance fights. You can always grab a rifle with a scope or your bow from your horse when needed.
man the details in the location of that party was insane they really make it feel like a partys happening
keep doing the strauss missions more frequently.. Ive noticed they kind of get ignored a lot . They serve a purpose to the story.
Alligators are a great way to farm big game meat
Big game meat is the best for your core health/stamina/dead eye. You get big game meat from predators. Wolves, gators, cougars, panthers and bears. Creeping thyme, oregano, wild mint are the best herbs to season your big game. It will fill an individual core completely ×1 depending on the herb you season your big game meat with. Gators are easiest to hunt imo
the L2 doesn't need to pop up to chat, I know oak knows but I'm not sure about the other 2,Love these videos keep it up
I think the other guys are afraid to push it cause they afraid it will make them accidentally draw their weapon out unless I misunderstood things they have mentioned here & there
There's a side mission you can do Saint Denis if you check your mail at the post office. After reading the letter the mission is available only at night.
Look in your satchel if you want to eat some meat. If you cant find something in the wheel always check your satchel.
Are you guys guna spend some time doin the legendary animals and fishing?? Trapper takes the pelt u can make items with it u guys have the maps oh and if u get materials donate to camp and i can upgrade your satchels
I would say they figured out the perfect balance between main and side missions and a bit of exploring for a playthrough series 😊
That attack on Answer by the Lemoyne raiders was a tricky one. I think in this particular instance they even bring out a gatling gun. So don`t feel bad they got you. At least the horse was okay.

when hunting, to get perfect pelts you need to study an animal to enter it into your compendium and then the compendium will tell you the weapon and ammo you need to use for each animal to get a perfect pelt

And, when I used to pick up items from the camp(remember those supplies are basically for you) or buying supplies at a store, I would leave a few empty slots so that when I was looting houses I could pick up items, thus not getting the “all full” on that item dialogue.

The reason the quality of the skin might be poor is the gun might have been too powerful if you study the animal once, and then go to the compendium it will tell you, what the best weapon to use to get the best skin available.
That clearly was a murder plot by Donkey GT. Dumping you in the water like this and getting the hell out to leave you as alligator bait. It is a fast horse but skittish af. Keep that in mind when you travel through areas with lots of wild animals!

Another pointer, make your camp outside of town and cook some “spiced” meat. It will fill your inner and outer cores. Also, craft some split rounds. You can do that off camera if you want to keep the show going. Also buy some recipes and trinkets from the fence. Don’t forget you can fast travel from your camp that you make anywhere outside of a town.
Food that’s like biscuits, canned, etc is in your item wheel but if you want stuff like meat that you cooked yourself you need to open your satchel

When ambushed, it's best to just ride away to get some range. Then jump of your horse, get in cover and pick them off as they come at you.

@ev1Lsect they can't go more than bout 2 hrs for regular ep cause they still gotta run it thru edit & yt approval I'm assuming & that's very time consuming. I do think sometimes the fellas just get excited doing certain things, but they try to switch off bout 45 min each guy. That's just what I've observed fyi

been playing this game for 6 years and still the graphics blow me away. the only thing that comes close for me is Ghost of Tsushima or Cyber punk both great storys
my fav colour is black however the answer his white hat is my fav also i would have keep the default gunslinger outfit for it is the best all weather types i know i play sense the release back in 2018 i know this game from head to toss if wanna look nice just add legion vest with default winter outfit gloves type

Don’t know if you guys have already done this, but there’s a little side mission at the Rhodes gun store. If your outside where there’s a little above ground basement window someone being held prisoner will ask for your help. You then have to go in the shop and hold the gunsmith at gun point and make him take you downstairs. The rest of the mission is up to you on how you deal with the situation.
If you just hunted while out and about you would always have plenty of inventory. Also, you guys need to start collecting certain pelts. Learn the dead eye, and hunt more. Stop avoiding it.
Oak getting the mission locked isnt the strange part. Why was he shooting in the water right next to him? Silly

I recommend playing Fallout 4. It's an open world game, but way simpler controls. I suggest playing with keyboard and mouse for first person shooters though

It's cause a ton of ppl complained that they weren't doing any side missions and missing out on bunch more story stuff in first several eps so they listened and started doing more side missions. Now ppl complaining they not sticking to just main missions. Feel like no matter what they do they can't plz everyone so I just try to enjoy the content they give us since it's their playthrough.

Oak could have gotten a headshot easy on that hostage situation with dead eye. If you notice he shot the guy in the lower back and the horse in the head. You arev inaccurate without it.
