- In this video, I show you guys how I disabled the side marker lights on my 2016 Audi C7.5/4G8 Facelift A7 Quattro Prestige! It's pretty easy to do and you could definitely do it yourself at home if you have the necessary tools to do so! This video could possibly be used as a GUIDE/DIY/HOW TO/TUTORIAL to help you disable the side marker lights on a 2012-2018 C7/C7.5/4G8 A7/S7/RS7/A6/S6!

What about when using signal lights?
I have a 2017 A7 aftermarket grill
No cut outs for side marker..but when
I use signal light..Warning on dash
Side maker not detected...
Would this eliminate the Warning ⚠️?

Is the bumper aftermarket or oem?
This could possibly get rid of that warning light.
Where's a good source to buy VCDS? I just bought a b6 s4 a few months ago.
I bought mine directly from Ross-tech. Other websites sell them too like ECSTUNING & FCP Euro or you can sometimes find them second hand. For an electrical communication tool like this I usually prefer to by them new so it's a higher guarantee to work plus you have the "warranty" aspect.
@cjscarcollection18 Thanks, I'll likely pull the trigger soon. First thing I'll need to do is program my keys as neither remote unlocks/locks the doors.

Have they always not worked? Did you get brand new keys?
@@cjscarcollection18 They came with the car. The actual keys will lock/unlock and start the car; however, the fobs do not lock/unlock the doors or pop the trunk
@@mousiee7 ok, you try putting in a new battery and do the keyfob reset through the ignition?
