What I've noticed is that Audis are generally low on power from the factory (When compared to BMW and Mercedes), though can be easily tuned up to high horsepower and torque with minimal to none upgrades on the stock parts... And they look better than their competition too.. Just my speculation... :D

Yeah that first generation A7, S7, RS 7 is still beautiful to this day in my opinion. I like the current one, but the previous generation just had looks that were more sexier.
I was so close to get the RS7 6 yr ago, but no middle seat, got the S8 instead, did the same 700HP tune, it has been awesome! Not sure if that 100KG extra weight would make it much slower than the RS7...
Typical symptom of the clutch packs slipping in the auto trans as they cannot handle the torque. It will only struggle more and more to shift at the top of the rev range from now on as they wear more until you will need a rebuild.
