  • DAY 25 OF SOFA TO SUMMIT: A 30 DAY FITNESS JOURNEY
    Today is Day 25 of Sofa To Summit, and it's leg day!
    SIGN UP at 30dayfitjourney... to receive the full program, delivered to your inbox as well as all of the tools and resources that you need throughout the 30 days.
    Today's workout will be a 45-15 interval workout. Do each exercise for 45 seconds followed by 15 seconds of rest. Adjust the intervals as needed and modify the exercises as necessary. Complete 3 rounds.
    The exercises are:
    Step Ups/Step Downs (Left/Right)
    Walking Lunges
    Elevated Reverse Lunges (Left/Right)
    Side Step Downs (Left/Right)
