First trackday with my new engine in Oschersleben. Not my fastest laps ever. I was 2.5 sec faster last year but it was fun anyway. My old engine had more power, but this one rides fine and is stock. Engine braking is stronger with this one, which feels very different and I lose entry speed due to not beeing used to so much engine braking.
Nevertheless I am happy to ride my bike again :D How do you like the sound? ;) Cheers!

Sound ist absolut geil!
Deine Linie ist auch Wahnsinn:D
Sound is perfect, better than the old one (which was too high pitched)! =)
It sounds awesome
It sure does look like it. Seems like slowing down way too early and too hard, then just waiting for the corner to come :) Awesome sound tho! :)

Title: R6 Struggling to overtake
Video: R6 Overtakes all of the opponents
the struggle begins at 1:50
and at 5:39 the other bike has to brake for the chicane.
@matthew clark i guess its funny idk. Kinda embarrass for the liter bike. But if that had been a straightaway then the liter wouldve pulled away again.
The real struggle was for that liter bike rider that r6 was on his ass
Every other video in a nutshell :

2080ti really does well for this game in Ultra settings, good frame rates.

Even with rtx on, it still buttery smooth. Great job Nvidia.

Hey me too 😂😂😂🤘🏼🤘🏼🤘🏼
Man, that R6 can keep up with those 1000cc bikes, the bike sounds awesome, and you got some skills too
That's not the bike, just skills, if it was the other way around, he would've smoked them, great riding.
It's definitely his bravery. You see other riders slow down way before the turn than he does.
@@jeffreymurillo246 yeah I've noticed it, he takes a few more seconds on the throttle before he releases it
@Jdive Sevenine Maybe?😂
Jeffrey Murillo Its because the 600 is lighter than the 1000 so can brake later and carry more speed through the turn - the big 1000 has better acceleration and top speed which is why they pull away on the exit
5:35 must be a good ass feeling
Cristian Ruelas skill > faster bike
Damn those 1000cc really pull away quickly on the straights
About twice the amount of torque and 50+ more hp. But we all knew that, just cool to see 600cc's keeping up with skilled riders ofcourse.
My R1 walks 600s on the streets... Straight line is hardly any skill involved... All raw power at that point, and knowing where to shift your bikes power band.
Avd that's their only advantage.
Everything else with the smaller bike works better for it
at least change yo profil pic . nah
@Joshua Spengeman how does it feel to low side the bike? I had to once in an emergency or I would have went over the turning cars hood... but like if it was the track, I would have even been more pissed knowing it was my fault.
I love seeing when a person knows how to use a motorcycle's power band, thanks for sharing...

My parents: Riding a bike is dangerous
Me not showing them this video:
Safer than lane splitting in traffic at 120 mph. This is about as safe as you can get while ridimg a bike to its potential
R6 sounds amazing and your skill level is amazing. You were on him the whole time. The only time the 1000 kept getting away was on straights. Handling wise and skill wise the 600 has it. They both are dumb fast but of course on a straight he might pull a little until top end. U killed it man!!
I'll be honest - I didn't see you struggling! awesome riding as always.
Not struggle ??? His bike was screaming the shit out but still those litre bikes are pulling away like it's nothing 😅😅
@@jbasumatary7861 For the power difference between a R6 and what looked like a S1000RR he managed quite well (fuckin' aced it) closing the gap, spotting where the other rider was less performing and nailing the overtake without being a blockpass or a dodgy maneuver.
Pedro Godinho, exactly...well said!!
Probably due to this is his new engine. Stock. Compared to previous engine. So he struggled but manage to pull it off. Superb riding. 😄
@@pmg15 bec he master the r6 but straigjt line the bmw gonna smoker r6 allday and ders a reason moto gp use 1000cc

Mist be super frustrating as a litre bike rider, being hunted down by a 600
Adam Lockington i don't think so cus they all know what 600s are capable of + probably if you get a really skilled Rider I'm pretty sure they'll smoke the competition with 1000s
In a video game?
electron being its not a game
imagine as a decilitre bike so sad
It's not. Better riders ride all sorts of bikes. Try some track riding and you will see for yourself.
Man I been watching ur channel since u were learning cornering on ur ninja 300, Come a long way man.
Nice! Awesome riding! This R6 seems to be really fun @ the track!
Damn. Probably one the best pov videos ive seen thats not on a professional racing level. And i love how you kept up with the 1000cc on the turns. Great riding skills!

Absolutely on it! Love seeing the 600s give the big bikes a good run and you definitely accomplished that!
Awesome !!!! You have the "late apex to set up inside pass " mastered !!!!! 👍👍
Haha yea it was fun to watch he got em all with that 👍awesome line he's riding
Cutbacks are always rewarding!
It helps when the rider in front of you enters the turn slower than you. That is when you take advantage of the situation.
@@fernandomoreno1621 that's a win win.
Those downshifts!!! Your engine is crying :) great video as always
Go search up slipper clutch, it ain't crying, it's screaming
lol i think she likes it, its crying when youre putting around town with it.
news flash, racing is hard on engines.
@@carl-ok9gn but they are build for it so you could still say the engine likes it since it's created for that purpose. Like men and women are created to produce offspring and they surely don't dislike fucking.
It's not crying. It's loving it ;)
The R6 is a track weapon with a mix of skills and the bike itself. A lot of 1000cc riders and riders in general park it in the corners and blast it on the straights because they’re not used to going into a corner with speed. All they know is to brake lean and roll onto the throttle without controlling it through the corner. Not their fault but frustrating for those of us trying to practice good cornering speed and control. Great video man and amazing bike.
J Cur learning to pass and altering lines is part of the skill. Best to get around than look at em as a problem.
coolhari2000 trying to get around someone with inconsistent lines is dangerous. I’ve had people move over on me mid corner or cut in front of me going into one. Be set up before you start your line. Normally I can break later than them but a lot of the time they end up forcing me to break later than what I’m comfortable with and I end up sliding into a corner. I don’t race I do track days and there is a world of difference between novice and intermediate.
the eco of one of the guy is annoyingly large. just slow down and let faster 600 pass. all he could do is crack open the throttle and walk away. Especially at 5:23. what kind of gay ass move was that.
This is the kind of video I wanted to see for months! Thank you for sharing! You got awesome overtakes!
Such quality, easily the best on YT. Thanks for uploading, love it.
Bro,it SURE feels great listening to the beautiful sound n you my man is a fantastic rider.
Thanks for the ride
Be safe
I moved to liter bike from a 600 , I do miss the quick handling of the 600 cc !
Thanks for the ride !
Imagine how quick handling my zxr 400 has :D
Man you’re a joy to watch. Those lines are pristine. Props to you 👏🏼👏🏼
Smooth. Love the sound of that engine singing. Also your line on a couple corners with wider entry and faster exit plus obvious later braking than dudes you overtake very nicely done. I’m busy trying to figure out your right hand on the brake to get an idea of trail braking but gave up and enjoyed the ride instead. You make it look easy! A joy to watch. Kudos fro NZ🇳🇿
Patience wins too... just waited for the perfect time for the take over. Dope!
Intense as hell the whole time its such a relief to finally pass and then go extra hard to catch up to the next guy!
This is pure joy to watch. Video quality, sound quality and masterful riding. I'm a novice but I notice how you practice wide initial line and late apex on the "180°" and thus gaining earlier acceleration out on the straight. Obviously the other riders were no slouches either, so this was a great race to watch!
Awesome video, no music and no talking. Just a great camera angle a marvelous sound and an obvuously talented rider.

I know OSL very well.... absolutly good line you drive! And really nice to watch how you preparted the overtake by wtching his lines and then finally did it...congrates...!!! Can´t wait to drive there again in 2022...NICE VIDEO.
Been 3 yrs since I’ve ridden a track I miss it. Great video. 👊🏽✊🏽
Damn you are really good
Getting the slingshot did the trick! Nice ride 👍🏼🏍
really enjoyed that ride along. no music, no nonsense, just raw footage of a decent rider overtaking other half decent riders.
Great bit of riding Murtanio. I've been a longtime fan, I can watch these video for hours, keep it up!!!
Great rider at 7:32 in letting you by. I love riding with guys like that and try to make sure to do the same. Great video!
So heftig einfach... Kann mir das den ganzen Tag anschauen
Dude I love racing and I love motorcycles. This video was the best POV I’ve ever seen and was a pleasure to live vicariously through. Truly amazing riding and truly amazing bike. Keep it up and be safe!
You’re defo the better rider!
I love that naughty little corner as well where you take it slightly wide to give you the angle on the inside. If you were both on a 600 or a 1000cc that corner would be yours all race bud. Love that little bit of riding. Honestly was art work!
Du fährst soo gut Respekt an dich echt krank 💪💪💪💪💪💪💪💪
those attack lines were fucking beautiful sir!!! I have mad respect for you
Your cornering was perfect. Acceleration out of corners was just spot on. WELL DONE!
Enjoyed watching you pick them off one by one. Well, you sure are a good rider and it’s amazing watching 600cc v 1000cc on a race track….thanks for the video!
Sounds AWESOME 🔥🔥🔥
Glad your back on track! Forget the engine difference your still screaming that r6 around corners !
Dang! Subscribed, this guy is so consistent every lap
Really good ride man ... overtaking in the corners were awesome plays. You were super smooth and very fast . Good job !
Love how the speedo maxes out at 85 lol
Dont think the liter bikes knew there was a race😬
looked like they were just enjoying a track day....and let you pass once they realized you were on there tail.
Best to be courteous and let someone on your tail go by. There is always someone faster than you. I had a pro pass me on the outside of a turn like i was parked😂. Dont bring your ego to a track day because there is no prize money.
Very cool footage and riding a big motard, i can relate to liter bikes clogging the turns up.
Great video! Always good to see someone riding how we wish we could!
Great video dude!! I remember this circuit because when I was a child I used to race in ToCA 3 in PS2!! Greetings from Argentina!!
5:38 you're not struggling. You can keep up.
best videogame ever. Those graphics are stunning.
Trying to figure out what game this is, I want it.
nice lines. late clipping, straightening out and WOTing it early. fun to watch
Hammer! Supergeiles Video! Wie immer halt :)
I am slower but I have the same thing in the middle groups. I have got way more speed on the corner and especially the entry but they are in the way and on the exit they power out with 190bhp and traction control. Often you open the trottle more early but still it is not enough. You definately had a lot of rubber on the front fairing. Still have deep love for 600 anyways. Revs revs and some more revs!
Well that is basically percisely the difference from 600 to kilo. Handling and corner speed vs brute force.
MotoGP riders on a 1000cc bike flick bikes around tracks on Sunday's @221 mph.
Yeah, and whenever you crash, you get a new bike, cause you have a whole team to cover you up.
That's so much different from when you buy a bike with your own hard earned money and take
it on a track. Not denying skills, though.
Those bikes also have enough money invested in them to buy a house.
One of the best on board video! You are skilled!🤘
Geeezzz-ZZUSS !!
Your some kind of rider. The corner exit of that BMW was so impressive, I am amazed you found a way to pass him.
Man i wish we have smooth tracks back in state. that track looks smooth as glass, LOL
Right! Tracks here in Texas are patched together like quilts sadly lol!
@@MattJFilms Yeah u r not wrong there, well accept COTA of cause but most of us can't afford $400 trackdays LOL
Matt yes they are lol
They 1000cc pulls away on the straights so what I do is take my chances in the corners. The r6 are one of the best cornering streetbikes so I’d use that to my advantage. Great riding. Keep up the awesome work. Sounds beautiful too
which speciality makes the r6 be better in the corners?
sunger bob well from my very unprofessional opinion I’d like to say that the r6 design is heavy in the front leaving the tail very lightweight and feeling like there’s nothing in the back. This enables it to really dig into corners very comfortably in comparison to other bikes. But once you learn how to handle/manage the rpms on the r6 effectively in respect to the corners you are taking, then you will be able to do some really nice cornering. Ive not tested out the newest model r6 and r1’s is that opinion could possibly change when I do.
damn you killing it in the corners ...way to maintain that corner speed 🤙🏽 seemed the only thing the other dudes had on you was the extra grunt on the exits.
Lovely crisp R6. Sounds wonderful.
Oschersleben looks a fantastic track too.
Great video. Got a bit distracted by the octopus trying to escape from your brake fluid reservoir, though! 🦑👊
5:35 that overtake felt sketchy once you hit the curves!
My head and my phone left and right
Great skill from you and great sportsmanship of the 1000 cc riders to not pass you out again down the straights as they just knew that you would be all over them again in the twisties and it would only end in one way, someone getting hurt.
Gah!!!! these engines and transmissions sound like they take a severe beating on the track, thank you for sharing, not to many people can say they have done this.! Always been a dream of mine to do this....jumping out of a perfectly good airplane was as close as I ever got.
How do you record the sound with that quality? Meaning more engine and less wind Thanks!
A " Rode videomic " external microphone with long cord attached/taped to the tail works for me.
They're around 100 bucks AU.

I usually just gaffer tape it to the rear cowl with the dead cat/ furry wind sock attached so my body blocks out most of the wind and it's close to the exhaust. I also tape the cord to the tank and run it under the seat.

Hell of a ride, man. The first guy you passed was so smooth that I was surprised to see you get around him. I think you put so much pressure on him that he flinched.
What an awesome video! I don't even ride but found myself leaning over into every turn on my couch. Unlike cars, the rider makes a bigger difference than the size of the engine. Great racing line going deep in corners and getting on throttle way before apex. Those guys were totally blocking. Thanks for sharing 👍
One thing that video shows is the definite maneuverability advantage of the R6. On a tight, technical track, that R6 can pretty much dominate.
watching it so far 5:21, he was close to overtaking the dude in second place. If only his bike was fast enough on a straight line.
It’s so gratifying to see braking and handling beating power. Great riding!
You really are a fantastic Rider poking where you should sweeping those corners scooping where you wish to scoop dude and down I really loved watching this keep it up you will be a God
the only difference lies in the fact that the other riders hope to see another sunshine.
