Hey guys thx for watching and feedback has been noted!! We’re continuing to hone in the new visuals and I think moving out of Mexico is the best move. But fr color grading will change. Please try to keep feedback respectful, many of you have been doing a good job at this!💙
You should review the Lucky65 V2, its another Premium-styled ultrabudget keyboard. Don't people want a Ball-Catch latch, QMK-VIA support, and a similar backplate style from Neo65 but cheaper?
@@erayyyilmaz huh? the whole video its impossible to see the colors of this keyboard clearly.. very very odd choice for a video of this sort of content.
I would suggest going with a normal white balance, because your choice of colour profile makes it difficult to judge the colour and quality of finish of this keyboard. And I would dispense with the fisheye look. While it can make for amazing photos and videos, it tends to get old quickly. This is coming from someone who's been doing photography since the late 1970s. Saying that, I have always enjoyed watching your videos.
1. he mentioned that it was more expensive than previous neo offerings 2. in the history of custom keyboards 190 is still a lot cheaper than boards like the jelly and other "premium" boards that were popular back then
I think it is important the colors are close to real life when doing review videos. It's a review after all and you want your audience to 'experience' the item as much as possible. Color accuracy and video detail quality is king for these types of videos.
I really like the direction you're taking with the new videos, although, as a lot of people have already said, it seems that the color settings are a bit too agressive, can't really tell the real colors of the board, caps etc. I like that new format though, really enjoyable and hope that you're gonna hear what we had to say about this haha, nonetheless really good video.
I think he went too artistic with this and end up not being able to see the board and stuff. Fisheye lens cool but why would you use it to show the board.
i love the new direction of the channel and the longer form content but i wish there would still be a little spec sheet when you are doing a sound test like what you did before... also the camera work is amazing but a bit too warm for my liking. killer production and editing as always tho, keep it up
Sketchy colour grading aside, is there any chance of an insta post or a short with this colourway in normal lighting conditions for those interested in picking it up?
You're using Arc too?! Edit: For the spacebar issue, you could try gasket mounting only the 2 points near the spacebar, and then gasket + bottom mount the rest.
Next time you take apart your board and have to screw it in or unscrew it. You should do a cross thread pattern. I know the screws aren’t getting very tight. But it could help for longevity and it’s a good skill to know for other applications in life dealing with hardware.
It would have been nice to see/hear the POM plate. I would wager that the sound and flex would change drastically. Also, I don't think machining time on those curves drove the price up nearly as much as the brass/copper stock.
i would have expected this comparison in a 15 min video. overall the narrative and the cinematography of this video was a miss from what im used to from him
why did you put on a mexico filter throughout the whole video? like.. let us see at least what it would look like under somewhat realistic lighting????
People need to mention more their lack of proper QMK/VIA/VIAL support. Wireless doesn't have to mean no remap support. Pretty big downer in my opinion.
I really like this keyboard but I can't stand ball catch mechanisms in keyboards. I've avoided ordering the Ergo because of the ball catch. I prefer screws as an attachment method. I hope ball catch goes the way of slotted PCB and foam gaskets.

Bro I love the style of your videos but they are too warm, pls reduce it a little😅😊
Nah what if his lighting irl is that warm
@@pokepokepoke64 You can always tweak color temp in post.
He’s in Mexico
ya I agree, it's just too much
I think it's just too *yellow*. If it was a more orange hue I think it would be better but the yellow reminds me of need for speed mos wanted 2005 lol
That yellow tint across the video ruined how the board would look like under normal lighting...

1970s Historical Footage of the First Human Invention of the Keyboard

This is NOT a budget keyboard. It costs $190.
1. he mentioned that it was more expensive than previous neo offerings

correct, it is a PREMIUM budget keyboard!
some of the camera angles and such being very "home movies" a la 2003 is one hell of a choice for art direction

the color is too warm. I don't even know what the board color is..

The style of your video messes with the color and is too grainy, it makes it difficult to watch.
Yeah, this one is good, but I decided to go with Zoom75 . Same price range, but more features
i really enjoyed your more of in person style aspect of reciew! esp as you were changing up the config mount which showed more of live reaction to it
Can you take a look at the M1 V3 and see how it compares to Rainy75 and Bridge75?
Do you have photos of this with normal lighting?

budget market moves so fast not surprised something like this came out eventually
I love watching a budget keyboard video, then going to youtube's homescreen to find this title speaking to me
bro recorded this in mexico
I wish Qwerty would give us a QK75 revision with RGB and a knob. I want exploded 75 and shiny lights!
what camera do you use to film
why did you put on a mexico filter throughout the whole video? like.. let us see at least what it would look like under somewhat realistic lighting????
I get the analog feel you're going for but damn! Turn down the bloom. Less is more.
Loved the fisheye lens
Aint going to lie the old school footage was cool but my eyes actually hurt and wasn't pleasant especially you are trying to focus on the stuff.
Silver? I never would have guessed silver. That’s Olivia? With or without the pink accents? So confusing…
Did you move to Mexico?
Whether it has CU or not, it's still a badly designed board as it seems to rely much on foam for typing sound and experience
Great way to get my morning started. Love how the video got shot, either way the videos get made, I am HERE FOR IT!
i like the retro handycam aesthetic of the b roll
pov: you're building a keyboard in a cpu factory
Love the new video style, good work! :o)

Neo boards are all VIA compatible.
@ oh yes? Very good. Do they have wireless then?
The lost Breaking Bad episode
We really have to stop calling this budget...its 200 bucks
My man filmed in Mexico.
200 dollars is budget? My Ajazz A820 for 54 dollars is budget.
good concept but very bad execution on the editting. Overcooking to its finest i must say.
Is this your final exam for film school?
Nah fuck everyone this style video slaps, color is perfect, sound is perfect, keep doing stuff you like man it stands out.
kekw can't see shit with that sepia filter
this video warm tint is too hard to watch
Retro feeling video, success. Useful video to actually view keyboard colour and components, not so much. Still, thumb’s up for effort.
i love the piss filter never change
The whole way this video is edited with the grainy video and fish eye and yellow tint makes me nauseous.
Terrible way to display a keyboard with this art style of video
PLEASE GET RID OF THE RETRO LOOK. IT HURTS MY EYES
