Keep your head up Billy. It will all work out. The truck has been through alot over the winter now you need to figure it all out over again then you will be back to kicking ass again with it and Tommy will get the Falcon there also. Just keep working at it and always be safe

One thing for sure the know how and effort are both there. That S-10 is having growing pains. The amount of work done to the front end the engine work i would expect to have a problem or two. You boys never disappoint so get after it. We all know you will. Good to see Tommy the wheel man and that Falcon doing work. Such a reliable combination. "Falcon Things" good description.

@@gen2garage Y’all are very welcome. Idk if anyones ever told you guys this but it’s very inspiring to see all that your family has done in such little time. It’s also very contagious. I finally brought my Silverado home. Started life as a stock 5.3 y’all have helped bring the bravery into my heath and I will be doing my first cam/ DOD mod delete kit this weekend. I don’t think I’d being doing this big of a job if i hadn’t spent the last two years watching y’all come so far ONE YOIR OWN. Y’all should be so proud of yourselves. Billy, I know it is something you can easily do yourself, but I have some extra .040 alum. blanks that were laser cut when I did my wiper delete blocker plates, and easily removable 2 pc poly trim buttons.
I would love to send you a couple of light wt. plates to block off the 2 holes where your windshield wipers were deleted on the S10, all ready to just put in place and painted Gloss Black, with the trim buttons to install them (as a gift brother), if you would just make up the patterns from paper or cardboard and send them to me in an envelope mailer.
I would need the outline, and the bolt hole centers marked (+) on the pattern and size of the 3 bolt holes (on each), measured and marked next to them. Can send pics to you if you want on what mine look like finished. It would just give that cowl area a nice finished look.
When I had my .040 alum. material laser cut, they had me mark how many patterns I had (I needed 1 set, or 1 of each of 7 patterns), and they cut 7 sets of each pattern instead, so I have the materials, and bought the trim buttons in bulk, of 12 different types cheap.

With the coolant and added fuel it might have hydrauliced the motor a tad. Pull the pan, you may need to roll some rod bearings in it.

Hi Billy. Watching your build on the truck I noticed the small tube into the larger tube off the head. This causes a restriction immediately after the gasses leaving the head. This can cause exhaust reversion and turbulence. I am a fabricator and step headers are great. They need to step small to large to larger. Love SRC and OMG.

Ive seen a lot of people kick a serp belt when they dump the throttle. Also seen some major timing pulled to build boost on the trans brake.
Yep the belt don’t want to slow down all at once when the rpm drops a ton and tries to keep going and stretches and folds up and pops off (I know I’m a shitty explainer )
Get the guys some of the wrap around led strip headlights it would be handy for under hood Love em

The problem is on the Left bank of the Engine. The Turbski housing was glowing way more on the left on that last full run. I noticed when you killed the ignition the noise did not change so it is piston or rod related. That`s my guess. Billy You defiantly need a good 10 hrs of sleep ALONE LOL.. Put in some ear plugs don`t drink any water or eat any fruit 3 hrs before you lay down then get some well deserved rest Young man. Yes I`m an old geezer. The new parts especially Electronic parts are at a much higher failure rate in this world now!. An injector may have quit and it went lean in a hole

At 15 mins in the S10 sounds nothing like it used to, sounds like it's either drowning in fuel or not enough air or both, plus it sounds like it's on the rev limiter, it just doesn't sound right. Hope you get a handle on it. Would be nice to see the Falcon freshened up on the outside too, like Murder Nova's Sons mate who has a slightly later model Falcon, that thing is super clean.
