After both cars getting refreshed Motors and the novas front end repaired this was nothing more than a test and tune for me,I know that it ment more to you all,I'm just so proud of you Billy and Tommy,definitely keep your heads up its just beginning and from what I saw you two are going to be a force to be wrecken with this summer. The foot race was awesome you got him on the hit but he pulled you on the big end. Tommy and Allison you two are doing a awesome job with the videos,looking forward to seeing your next race. I love the way you layed out this video, it shows how serious and competitive you are but still have fun. Good stuff guys. For the passes it made the Nova looked damn good. Now Billy you just need some Comp oil-less turbos and you won't have to worry about returns ever again. I have em on all 3 of my turbocharged cars are they are great. I think On 3 has some too. Glad the Old Man did well. A win like that always somehow makes a guy instantly forget about a horrible day of travel! It's just too bad he had to give it away cause Bill earned that chain and those things are definitely few and far between! It would have been nice to keep that for the trophy case but that's his decision and I'll respect that. I understand why he did it and it was a good cause

I have been interested in trying an oil-less turbo. We have a muffler mount turbo on a Trail blazer ss, you gota run a scavenge pump for the oil and shit, be nice to not have to worry if my scavenge pump is on and just go oilless
@@Rozza43 Yeah I switched from Precision Gen2's in my back-halfed Z32 & my two rotary cars, a first gen MX-5 & an EXOCET tube chassis car, in November 2021 and I am thoroughly impressed. When just putting around it's just a few squeezes of their mineral lubricant every few thousand miles and on passes or hard drift runs it really depends on how fast your spooling and a few other factors but every 5-8 passes/runs you give it a squeeze and it's good to go. Another thing I like about em is in our imports unlike alot of the American cars space is at a premium so with these turbo's not having any return or feed lines you can literally orient them anywhere you want, even completely vertical if need be. And if they can survive peripheral port rotary EGT's which are hundreds of degrees hotter than almost any piston engine you know they'll take whatever you can throw at em. The guys at Comp Turbos were very good about helping me get the most out of all of my vehicles.

Seeing the relationship you've all grown into is a very beautiful thing. You guys are very funny very real I think I seen every video. I was there at the beginning. When I went all ape s*** about the f450s and stuff that he was ripping on. You guys do a good job I look forward to watching you guys grow as a family as a team and just as people. This is what it's supposed to be about caring and having fun with your fellow man and everybody having everyone's back you guys do a good job at that. I hate that I missed y'all coming to Texas. I have always wanted to meet y'all and swore that if y'all came to my home state I would do my best to go see y'all. Unfortunately my mother has been dealing with dementia and Lewy Body. I am taking care of her now so I am unable to travel or leave her side for any length of time. Maybe one day I will be to meet y'all in the future. Loved the video and the break down of the event. Can't wait to see the Nova kicking ass and in the winners circle!!!

I grew up watching my dad drag racing at a local track. He ran a bbc 71 nova .. always been my favorite car. I got a real soft spot for this car of Billy's ..and ironically, when I got old enough, me and dad built a small block S10 just like Billy's but black.
First time watching the channel, but I love how the dad is always giving praise to the kids.

Glad you have found your oil pressure issue on the Nova. I imagine the 540 will also respond positively now that the valve train will not be drowning with oil. Kudos on you and Tony for the catch. Sometimes all you need is a fresh pair of eyes.

I can’t believe how fast that track feels from the cameras inside the cars. The old man is right when he said how everything is close to the track and the lights make it feel fast. The Nova tho is a beast. Ryan is a monster in small tire and to run with him is no small feat. I hope you get your oil issue kicked cause that car flat out works.
