OMgosh! Can watching free motion quilting really make you cry?! You are AMAZING! And your quilting music is BEAUTIFUL! It's like watching a ballet or ice dancing! (I swear I've only had PART of a glass of wine! LOL!) My new way to relax! Watching your quilting videos! LOL!!! I recommend watching it on large. TV or computer screen - WITH a glass of red wine! 🍷
Don’t feel bad, I got very emotional as well! There’s such an elegance to Adria’s quilting that is moving all on its own, but when paired with the music she chose it’s almost like a visual symphony!
Beautiful! Quite the balance of playful yet elegant. Also appreciate that you left in the inadvertent “error”. It’s almost like your human after all. Gives me hope that I may aspire to your level of quilting.
I just love the music you use in your videos, watching them is so relaxing! I think I might listen to music like this when I quilt... maybe it’ll help me relax!
Agree, hypnotic! I am trying to get free-form ideas for a large background on Tula Nova. I am working with a Bernina 740 sewing machine so I do have more space BUT have to move the quilt around & keep the back flat. Might need to section it off? Your work is beautiful & especially impressive that your lines match perfectly when you go over a circle. Bravo! 👏
Very beautiful… mesmerizing…relaxing to watch how you glide over the quilt! I can only hope to be able to quilt on block with your ease! I did finally attempt a few free motion squares in my Halloween quilt … it was a little scary! But I will keep trying! Following all you share with us!
No..... I actually had some trouble mentally on this one! Lol. It's hard to remember what in the world I'm doing sometimes😃 that's why I left the part in about ripping out.... Yes, I do make bobbles sometimes 😁❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
I’m going to rent a long arm to do my first free motion quilting. I got to play around with it today. Amazing!!!! So fun. But..the instructor said not to ever draw a design on, for example, a thin border, first to then trace with stitching later. Why would that be a bad thing?
@@adriagoodlongarmquiltingco1719 thank you I’ve watched you quilt for a couple years now and admire your work greatly. I wish you were closer so I could take classes from you. Of course I don’t have a machine so that might be hard to do.lol
Have you checked out my 9noine courses??? You can practice the designs on paper! Then when you go rent time on the machine you would have the designs already practiced! ❤️❤️❤️❤️
Do you mean... in your mind? It can be tricky! I even left the part in the video where I had to rip out a mistake. I look at the block and picture what I'm putting there...
May I ask if you draw this out prior to stitching? I unusually do when I am working on a quilt for someone else. I also feel a bit intimidated before starting to stitch on another's beautiful quilt. Once I get going I am ok tho. Thank you for sharing your quilting. It is inspiring.
Excellent work. I actually enjoy the pauses as you contemplate next moves. It helps me think out the path as well to see pros and cons. Very effective teaching method. Sew very pretty. 💕👍🧵
I'm finally quilting my Angela Walters Build a Quilt from 2020-2021. Needed inspiration, and I knew if I came here I'd find it. Thank you.
I could watch this all day. Wish I could be so smooth. You make it look so easy and very beautiful 😍

I wonder how do you travel over all the blocks.... Simply amazing
🥰 Thank you ❣️
Beautiful.
Thank you 💕☺️👍
Just beautiful. I love how consistent you are with your timing (if that makes sense) and sometimes wonder if a metronome would help me. I keep trying!
Thank you! 🥰♥️

Love the way you can glide from design to design. How do you keep where to move next in your. I Did?

No, not for this quilt. If I'm wanting to try some new, then I might draw it out first☺️
What are the scissors you are using to trim your threads? Where can I purchase them from?
I got those years ago at Paducah.... I'm sorry I don't know the brand... 💗💗💗💗
What weight thread do you use?
Omni Thread 40 wt

Thx Brenda! 💗💗💗
Agree. It has also helped me to watch her plan her plan path as well. Sometimes i even guess right. 😂
