    In this quilt- the quilting really showing off the blocks!

    I love this style of quilting! Not saying that computer generated quilts are not pretty, but to me, they look plastic. Your free hand quilting is fluid, free flowing, natural, which is just something a computer cannot duplicate. Your quilting is gorgeous! Thank you for sharing your talents with us.

    I am new to using a long arm and absolutely LOVE what you have done . Stunning and simplistic so the quilting is what stands out. I’m so glad I found your channel today and looking forward to watching more! Thanks you!!!

    I know this is a few years old, but I’m just now coming across it. I never realized how beautiful “big, plain” blocks could be in a quilt! I’m currently making one that has large unpieced blocks in it and these designs would be perfect for it! You do some wonderful work and I hope I can learn to do your designs justice. My new longarm will be here within a week and looking forward to learning on it. Thank you for sharing your talent with us!

    Truly stunning, gorgeous flowing style. I’ve mentioned before how I’ve learned to do your motifs on my sit down mid arm Tiara. Your relaxing music, your quilting speed, including occasional pauses to assess, as well as watching several times have been a great help for my brain to take it in. I love the full roundness of your circles and swirls. That has challenged me some in trying to achieve that. Any hints, or is it practice, practice? Blessings to you for sharing your awesome talent. 💕

    Curious how big your blocks are? Also, when you tie off I notice you snip the threads closely. I was taught to bury the tails with needle and thread. Do you think this is necessary?

    • @adriagoodlongarmquiltingco1719
      @adriagoodlongarmquiltingco1719  5 ปีที่แล้ว

      9.5 in blocks. My Gammill has a tie off feature. So that's what I use. It probably depends if you are entering in a big show for judging?

    • @joannefk4758
      @joannefk4758 5 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Thanks! I run the Amara long arm for Charity quilt organization in Canada. We also have the tie off so I think I will start to snip my threads to save time.
