I only have access to 25lb 10lb 5lb 3lb and 2lb dumbbells, and I don’t have access to a gym. What would recommend other than the 10 min ab workout to help build general muscle. For the Abs workout, do you recommend rest days? Cuz I was planning to do Push Pull Leg and Rest, doing ABs at the end of each, except the rest day, but if it’s recommended, I’ll do abs everyday, no rest.
Hey Pierre, Love your video, but I have a question about the exercise routine. Currently I am doing push, pull, legs, abs then rest day (I am trying to implement cardio but because I am in canada, the weather kinda sucks and I have no treadmill or anything like that) should I change it and do a little abs everyday. And if I can keep it at what it is, would 3 sets of the abs exercise still work?

Great helpful video, quick question, if I get lower back pain during some of the “crunch” style abs workout, is it that I’m not used to it or improper form? I seem to have lower back problems even when running….
Your lower back is part of your core. If it’s weaker, it’s normal to feel that pain. Overtime as you train it consistently you’ll strengthen it. You can always start with easier progressions such as tucking your legs in. Also, I suggest you train your lower back by doing back extensions to strengthen the area
can you do this but for arms
I have a chest shoulders(day 1) back(2)legs(3)arms(4) split and i do a different ab excersise every time im at the gym is that good or should i do all of them in one day??

Do I have to have a 200 calorie surplus? Because I'm trying to eat healthy and my calories are amounting to about 500 less than I'm supposed to.

If your skinny fat you need to do a recomp not a bulk. This means eating 100-200 calories less than your maintenance calories while still getting in enough protein (1gram per pound of body weight. )

My problem is im skinny and im tryna bulk but 3 days in the week i play football where i lose around 1000-1200 calories per session and also going to the gym 3 times a week so i need to eat extra extra but i dont have that much money or food at home so its really hard for me to gain weight

In summary, getting abs in 80 days is impossible without determination and consistency
I don’t the plank is necessary 3 times it’s not even that great also don’t exceed more than a minute with plank it won’t do anything a minute is fine if you want a challenge
