👉🏼 INGREDIENTS:
for the cake base
 70 g butter
 200 g biscuits of your choice
for the cake topping
 500 g mascarpone cheese ( Homemade Mascarpone Cheese: • Homemade Mascarpone Ch... )
 300 ml whipped cream
 50 ml lemon juice
 zest of a lemon
 100 g of sugar
 6 gelatin sheets
Cooling time: least 4 hours in the refrigerator
