Facebook Creator Studio now allows you to schedule to Instagram as well. It's free/built in to Facebook

Musformation Yep! business.facebook.com/creatorstudio/ It has a tab/icon at the top to switch between Facebook and Instagram. Your FB page and IG have to be connected and the IG must be a business account. It’s best on desktop because the mobile apps don’t do scheduling. This is really helpful because Instagram is kind of like a black box to me -- I'm more naturally comfortable with text-based social media like twitter or reddit. But if I feel more like I know what I'm doing and why I'm doing it, putting in the work is easier. I took lots of notes.

My band is definitely struggling on instagram. We feel like we're following most of the advice on how to do instagram yet we've hit a brick wall in gaining followers. Especially tough with covid as we can't meet up to create new content together.
