I think we must also pay bit of tribute to another Officer and a Gentleman who created the first Naval Museum in Galle that is none other than Lt Cdr (Instructor) Somasiri Devendra. But this Under water museum is a different concept. This would not be possible if Admiral Piyal was not at the helm. Well-done Piyal and all the Officer's and ratings who made it a success. Looking forward to take dip next time in Galle.

This museum is accessible only to people diving. There should be a Glass or Polymer tunnel inside the museum so non diving visitors can see. many countries operate that sort of exhibitions. Like Singapore and Australia. And also rather than operating separate Sea turtle and Sea horse museums, please add all these facilities together and make minimum 8 hours walk for any person enter the attraction. Please include restaurant a resting area and also digital photography facilities tendered for a contractor. You may charge visitors accordingly. The country need novel attractions and novel ideas.
Names and all titles should be in Sinhala. These kind of things can stay up to 1000 years and the future generations may think this is a work or great britain or usa. සිංහලෙන් දාන්න. මව් භාෂාවට පළමු තැන දෙන්න.
English is just another language and I humbly ask all Sri Lankans to respect our mother languagea. Please give 1st place to Sinhala and tamil languages. දැන් වත් වහල් මානසිකත්වයෙන් මිදෙමු ද අපි? Dear tamil frieds.. your.language too is acceptable here. But english is not.
