Upstart Crow is the best sitcom I have watched in a long time. If my theatre group did their version. I would love to play Kit Marlow

I enjoyed so much this brand new musical by Claude-Michel Schönberg and Ben Elton! William Shakespeare is fantastic as himself!

I love "Upstart Crow" and would love to have been able to see a live production of it like this...but this video is spoiled by the music being way too loud ...

I loved the show soo much, since, being a life long fan of The Blackadder since it reran in the 1990s, Ben Elton stuff is really great and enjoyable, even here in the USA. I wish I could see the broadway show. ^~^

Looking forward to seeing this in April. I love Kate she is my favourite character. So strange to see the actress here, I don't think I would recognize her if I saw her in the street.

Sorry that lockdown thwarted your plans. I saw it on 3 March and it was really good. Even better than the TV show. Hopefully they will revive it sometime after lockdown. Maybe it could be done in the open air for instance. There's an open air theatre in Regents Park

@@heliotropezzz333 yes I was disappointed to miss it. I hope they will do another run on or possibly put in on tv. Not sure about the open air option especially for my Mum who is disabled but might be a nice option for others.
