@@cherylcosgrove511 Thank you. I do use dried beans in pie crusts when I blind bake them. I just hadn't thought about using them in a tart shell. Not sure it will make a huge difference but worth trying, I guess. I just love this channel her cooking techniques. It's so relaxing and delicious to watch! :)
i looked up the word 水飴 in english which is what she puts in the tart, and the translation is "glucose syrup, startch syrup" so i think its okay... im planning to try out glucose
