This is exactly why I love the G-Wagon, it is boxy, tanky, powerful, and has a lot of presence

I will remove the spare wheel on mine. Saves on weight and looks better. Currently looking for a panel to hide the back door nuts, below the spare (like the carbon Brabus one).

What tints do the windows have? What percentage, they look good quality
No he's right when he said the G-Wagon is truly a statement, yes they do look like Jeeps and for those who don't know G-Wagons that well they are compared to Jeeps BUT the G-Wagon has that flare no other SUV has. When you drive them everybody's heads turn because you rarely see them on the road. Where I'm from only I'd say a couple of people own them myself included, I have a 2008 G500 yes its an older model but to really get your hand on one is really crazy and breath taking.
My dad only had a GLC63s AMG... but I need that G!!! 😍🔥

I remember when they were like the old land rover and range rover, built to do a job.
No bells or whistles, just basic. (Check out German army G wagons).
Now, like most vehicles designed to go off road and do a job they've been built to a specification that the nearest they get to off road is when the school run mum bumps up the kerb to drop off Tarquin at pre school.😂😂😂😂

Sold my rubbish bmw m850i and went shopping loved the interior in these and nearly very close bought one!! But got distracted by the 20 plate S63 and I’m just blown away by luxury and how fast it is cant beat mercedes for that smile factor 😆👍

Do you know that a lot of the steering wheels are not in the middle in the new Mercedes. They are slightly off centered

I have a 2020 g wagon just like that and I had the brabus widestar kit installed!! Looks to good the fog lights above front glass, the kit is not cheap tho but you can afford it lol, it costed me 22k usd comes with everything bumper hood ext ext

Love it when people say the leather is quality in Mercedes. They don't use leather and haven't done for 4 years or so they. They use some cheap vinyl called MB tex.
In normal Mercs they do use faux leather -MB Tex. in the amgs they use Nappa leather, which is not MB tex

Thought it was only beemers that didn't indicate on roundabouts.
Still prefer the old one as a purist , it’s got the live front axle which if you actually use it off road has more articulation and a beefier build . Smack one of those wishbones on the new one and it’s major money , like thousands $’s . Interestingly the price of the old versions have rocketed since the new one came along , I think many die hard G wagoners realise the last of the old was more a purists car , with modern tech and safety stuff the new while still awesome is not quite as characterful as the old .
