    Just watched the video and immediately tried it. One small packet of frozen blueberries and raspberries each (I have them in my freezer most of the time) plus two bananas. Delicious!! Will try the mango one when they're in season, can't wait.

      Oh, same I'm lactose intolerant. You can find ice cream with coconut cream and rice milk as well in some places :)

    I have been making the mango, strawberry, blueberry and banana ice creams in my YONANA for years but now I can't wait to try your chocolate recipe!!! Comes at a perfect time too!! I recently went vegan am am looking for something chocolate. My husband is diabetic and these recipes are perfect since fruit has GOOD sugar combined with nutrients, fiber and has to be good because it has helped me lose 41 pounds so far!!!!!

    For the people complaining what is meant here is no added cane sugar or sweetener. Just fruit and cocoa. It doesn't say for diabetics and people with diseases. Those with special issues have check to see if recipes are right for their health condition. Not everything in this world is conveniently addressing every type of person.

    This looks so good. I have a horrible time finding sugar free goodies. This will be perfect. I am a diabetic and will still need to account for the natural sugar, but what a wonderful and easy idea!

      I tried it but it's not creamy! No way! When you take it out of fridge its full of ice! Hard to take it out of container. Will do it never again!

    Great. Also works with frozen Greek yogurt. I tried frozen strawberries, banana, caramel yogurt, and added spinach to be healthy with maple syrup and it was out of this world.

    These are great. Banana chocolate is my all time favorite combo. Would this work with banana/espresso powder?
    Also, heads up. If you're on a low carb diet, these may not be for you, depending on your daily carb limit. Each banana is 20-30 carbs, and the mango is 25c per cup. So here's what you're looking at, carb wise with each different ice cream. Choco(40-60) Mango(55-65) Strawberry(35-45)

    If you don't have a blender,mash the banana or two . Place in a study container and freeze. Remove from freezer and let it stand for a minute, add about 2 table spoons of Evaporated milk,stir with a strudy fork until it becomes creamy .EAT 🍨.

    I’ve made this at home a lot over the years as I love ice cream and try not to eat refined sugar. I like to sprinkle unsweetened coconut flakes on top. Yummy, healthy, nutritious.

    Tried the chocolate yesterday afternoon and I loved it!!! I will definitely be trying the other two flavours within the next couple of days. I, also, want to try the chocolate again and add nuts to it. For those skeptics out there, right from the food processor, it has a lovely creamy texture. I'd like to be able to make it in advance of serving it to my family, so I'm going to refreeze it after making it next time to see if the texture changes.

    This method is one that I have using at home for several years -though some fruits are quite thick, so to thin the mixture I use either Coconut Water or Yoghurt.

      heh paul, the artifiical sweetener is truly poisonous for your system, especially if you're diabetic or wanting to lose some weight--but coconut sugar, or stevia, the opposite, good for you, as is raw honey...You deserve only the best care, period!

    I've made frozen fruit treats before, and they quite delicious. But I normally leave out the frozen fruit 30 to 60 minutes to thaw out a little before blending.

    These puddings/desserts might be dairy free.
    And vegan.
    Just remember fruit and berries contain fructose = fruit sugar.
    So if you're a diabetic be ware.....

    guilt free. PB shake. Playing
    with substituting flavor
    And any liquid.
    Trying. recipe. No milk
