Hello dr., which mode did u use on the e-connect S? Atp or rcp?
Too much taper will weaken the roots
Still better than extraction of the tooth
It’s a retreatment how can you remove the GP and irrigate effectively without increased taper - also look how immature the pulps of the adjacent teeth are, the canal spaces are naturally large here
In cervical margin is cavit placed
