Dear Doctor than you for the amazing video,i as a student am grateful for all the knowledge you are giving me.. but don't mind me giving 1 note please ... in the minute 3:10 of your video you have mixed the F1 and F2 File's color identifiers
Thank you for a wonderful lecture. There are really very few people who can explain in detail and understandably like her. As an international fan, I wish you good health and more quality videos 🥰
Best video on TH-cam. I have a question though, As you told we check the need to move from F1 to F2 by placing 20K-File, if it's fit then we do not need to move to F2? What is the logic behind it? Thank you.
In Protaper system, the S1 file is allowed to passively float into the canal and follow the glide path. The shaping files are used like a brush, which means they cut the Dentine laterally and selectively on the outstroke, that is when the file is being pulled out. This brush cutting action will create lateral space. It will ensure that the cutting takes place on the outer side and not on the inner side of the canal towards the furcation.
It is a decision to be taken depending upon the type of canal u r dealing with. Some canals require more enlargement before rotary files can be used However for relatively straight and reasonably wide canals as in d above video u can do it
Ma'am, during filing with 10K to 15kfiles, we need to irrigate with sodium hypochlorite and then flush with saline. Alternatively, during the transition from K files to rotary files, we can use sodium hypochlorite for irrigation and after completing the shaping of files, then can we flush with saline. What are the correct steps, ma'am for irrigation
Mam,how many times we do brushing motion with each and everyfile and also mam in why 20 no.file is used lastly to check fit in premolars while premolars have wide canal especially 2nd premolar?have a nice day mam.amazing 1st and 2nd part.

@@sumeetasandhu great
Mam do you use the protaper gold files immediately after 15 size k files?
It is a decision to be taken depending upon the type of canal u r dealing with. Some canals require more enlargement before rotary files can be used
However for relatively straight and reasonably wide canals as in d above video u can do it

If you like the above mentioned steps, then you go ahead with them
