Don't be afraid of root canals. The pins are just for cleaning the infected area. You'll barely feel a thing. I had a severe infection that was completely cured with a root canal. Now, I'm feeling great! Remember, avoiding treatment or relying on painkillers can harm your health in the long run. Just get the procedure done and enjoy life. I was terrified of root canals for 12 years, but when my tooth problems became unbearable, I finally faced my fear. I'm so glad I did.

No, while using rotary system for preparation we dont use step back technique. Its use for K file system.

السلام عليكم.. بعد يومين من الحشو الضاحك العلوي شعرت بألم ك ثقل او ضغط على جدران السن من الداخل.. راجعت الطبيب فتم إجراء صورة شعاعية ظهر فيها إلى أن الحشو متسرب من منتصف القناة اللبية إلى جيب جانبي في السن يبدو أنه نتج من الحفر الخاطىء للقناة اللبية في اعتقادي.. ما الحل برأيكم

Maybe it varies depends on the rotary files they usually use. Each those rotary files brands maybe have their own torques and speed
