    No, this Indian guy is in the UK to learn a computer related skill, telephone scamming. To be effective as a scammer of English speaking people in India, you have to have a working knowledge of English.
    He might actually be learning some computer skills (But he'll be taught those in India), being reasonably fluent in the language you intend to scam in is vital. If you want to scam the France, you must live in France for a significant amount of time, same goes for German or any other language. The reason his documentation is so flaky is, it's scammer recruiter generated. That Churchill College "student" has probably occupied several different bodies. Scumbag training at it's finest.
    I also have learning disabilities and epilepsy so I lose time occasionally.
    The epilepsy being a huge secret. You are no longer in danger of being hanged or burnt at the stake for being "possessed", but the disease still carries stiff penalties. You can forget being licensed to operate ANY kind of motor vehicle. ANY kind of insurance will double or even quadruple, assuming someone will even write a policy. Having epilepsy is one baby step above having leprosy. But people with leprosy can drive all they want.
    When I went to my family Doctor about my concerns in my early twenties, he sat me down and said "You don't even want to go there. . . You don't have epilepsy". His message was clear. HIDE IT! I'm in my 60's now.

    • @natalielum7558
      @natalielum7558 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      I’m sorry about your disability but don’t you think there’s a legitimate reason why people with epilepsy shouldn’t drive? ...the risks don’t just affect a single person but everyone on the road.

    • @Stephen-cr3sc
      @Stephen-cr3sc 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@natalielum7558 ......On one hand what you say is correct.But let me ask this: how many times have YOU been neurologically unsafe to drive.
      By "neurologically", I mean for any variety of reasons, including drunk; those occasions when YOU should never have started an engine.
      I was born with my problem, how many times have you induced the same problem on yourself, therefore placing the same risk on others?
      This isn't an "I'm innocent because you are also guilty" feeble attempt at self defense.I literally mean how many drivers on the road at this exact minute are neurologically unsafe to drive.
      I freely admit I've had eight Grand Mal seizures in the last seven years. (Also: Petite and Grand mal are archaic terms today. I don't care.)
      I've been dealing with this since birth, When I'm physically and mentally "out of gas", I'm in the epileptic Grand Mal high risk zone (I think of it as being in the forest with the monster lurking behind any given rock or tree). I KNOW when I need to protect myself. Hanged or burned at the stake just won't help.
      At those times, it's all about ME. Finding myself waking up on the floor with broken bones is something to be avoided. I certainly don't want to be a threat to others, but I avoid self-destruction whenever possible. Just a habit.
      I seem to be acting glib and self-defensive, sorry about that, but if you've never been there, don't put it on your bucket list as a place you ever want to visit.
      YOU, and I mean anyone reading this, have places in their brain they wouldn't wish on anyone. Mine just has a name...Epilepsy.

    • @natalielum7558
      @natalielum7558 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Stephen have never driven drunk. Even if a person is on medication (drowsiness) you CANNOT drive. Heck I wouldn’t drive if I was sleepy. Bf’s dad has epilepsy, and DOES NOT DRIVE for his own safety and the safety of others. That’s all. Disabilities are a struggle and I am very aware of that and do what I can to help, giving up seats for people on public transport, etc wherever I can /whenever and if ever I’m in a position to help or make things easier. The thing about epilepsy is that you CANNOT PREDICT when you have a fit. You don’t get to decide “ oh today I don’t feel like I’m going to have one, so it’s safe to drive.” I’m sure you’re well aware that that’s how it works. That’s all I’m saying. These things are in place to keep you and everyone around you safe.

      @@natalielum7558 ......I was born with epilepsy.
      40 some-odd years ago a DOCTOR told me to HIDE IT! Do you think I could possibly not KNOW anything you could possibly have surmised second hand?
      I live on the U.S. West Coast, Oregon to be a bit more exact. Public transportation is a joke here. My epilepsy is as much a part of me as your bowel movements are a part of you.
      Sorry, I got a bit upset here. With all due respect, I've been driving for 50 years with only one epileptic incident. I had a Petite Mal seizure, time stopped, and I found myself totally lost, The part of my brain that operates the car wasn't affected. Epilepsy affects the higher thought processes. . . Unless it's a Grand Mal seizure. Then all bets are off.
      I'm sure you don't care, but my hobbies are building computers and fermenting substances such as sourdough starter and KOJI. AKA Microbiology. My inductive Reasoning IQ is 154...I'm getting upset again.
      OK, I'm better now. You're right, I'm wrong. But fuck the hell off anyway.
      For what it's worth, I'm working on a dumb as a bag of rocks plan. I'm trying to find a way to deliberately trigger a CONTROLLED Grand Mal Seizure. My theory being to reboot my operating system every six months or so.
      I'm at a total loss as to what to type next, I think it's time to shut the fuck up.

      Basically an immigration officer cannot deport people as they want. Everything is actually work like the court of law, you can only be punished when there is an evidence of your crime, even though you confessed it, but no evidence, you can't be punished.
      And it's the same system goes in here, an immigration officer cannot deport people when there is no evidence of him violating the the term of his stay. Even though it's obvious that the man is clearly pathological idiot, she can't prove his violation, you can see how stressful she was try to find evidence to make this man deported but no result, she phone the college to ask whether he attending the class or not, and the college man said that he consistently attending the class, she tried to phone another college but no answer, how can she possibly prove that he is violating the term of his stay?? That's why the only option is to let him enter, but the man also need to be aware that he is under the watch, and he will got a more pressuring question when he is about to renew the visa.

They attended class few times at the beginning and started to travel around the UK, spending a lot of money, skipping all classes for the entire year. When asking them what they were studying, they would tell me something like... I don't know...
    If you ask me, why not? Just let them spend their money, it isn't bad for tourism business. Later, I learned most kids from rich families, regardless from where they come from, usually don't attend courses or classes, instead they travel around and have fun, not just Taiwanese.

      We still take prisoners of war, those who are without a country, asylum seekers, etc, but anyone just looking to change countries without a legitimate reason must have a degree earned at a reputable university, online course studies don't qualify.
      There is a reason the UN recommendations are for neighboring nations to except political refugees and those fleeing war- neighbors share similar values, less of a culture shock.
      Good for you that you were able to become a lawyer! Which area of law do you practice?

      @@hanji1041 this is true, I won't deny it.
      We have many immigrant families here from north africa, the middle east and asia. People coming here fleeing a very bad situation, leave because they can not live beneath the weight of oppression, yet they try to import the very problems to my country they are fleeing from in their own nation!
      If you think its hard to get employment where you are it will be even harder here! Everyone will have a better education, job prospects will be very bad, no written english, no computer skills, no post secondary education you won't even get a job pumping gas! My gardener has two bachelor degrees... Sometimes my neighbors tell me that they were better off in their own country because the education they do have was stellar compared to their other countrymen.
      Then there is the culture shock. One only needs to look at the swiss to see what a mess opening your doors to refugees can do to destroy any nation. When they invited these refugees to come live there no one gave any thought to wether it should be done.
      Now there is a four am call to prayer over loud speakers every day of the year followed by the prayer... This happens five times a day. Everyone is forced to listen to it. They expect us not to celebrate our christian holidays because they think its offensive! Demanding we remove the word christ from christmas! Now it just happy holidays! No nativity scenes, nothing but generic holidays for us while they demand respect for theirs! They rape and sexually assault women at will for walking down the street without a male escort! As if its the middle east! They want us all to live under the very oppression they fled from!
      This is the reason the UN stated neighboring countries that share similar values should take them in, and not allow them to country shop. Most would stay home if they knew they were going nextdoor to a similar poor nation. These are just using the crisis to country shop.
