RANKING Every LEGO Star Wars Gimmick Set!! (2000 - 2024)

There have been so many different Lego Star Wars gimmicks over the years, starting as far back as the year 2000. In this video I'll be ranking everything I could think of to include, ranging from Planet Series sets, to Microfighters and even the newer Mechs. Some of these gimmick sets are universally loved, but some of them are hated. Funfact about the minifigure packs: since they didn't include a build, they technically counted as star wars action figures, which hasbro has the license to. So when hasbro caught wind of these, they sued Lego for infringing on copywrite. This is probably why battle packs and microfighters exist today.

Buildable figures could’ve been much better if they leaned more into armored characters or droids, I personally think the trooper ones and the general grievous were pretty good though admittedly still not an ideal set.

The main reason I bought the 2 smaller action battle sets was that
1. Wicket was finally rereleased from the Ewok Village
2. I like troops
3. I use some of the pieces to work with endor/hoth dioramas.

Oh the sets definitely have some pros to them! If I didn't have the ewok village I probably would've picked up the endor one too if I found it at a good price

These robots sets are the most awful, bottom of the line sets for me. Imagine this, you are a kid, you can get lego only few times a year, and you get one of thrse stupid ugly robots. THEY CAN'T EVEN MOVE THEIR KNEES AND ELBOWS, this is like the worst thing you can experience as a kid with toy - ugly figure that cant even really move that much. And worst thing is this dumb ''knee'' piece. Just baiting kids that yeah, this figure totally has more points of movement than it really has. This pisses me off so much.
