Tinnitus isn't the end of a happy life, and I'm here to prove it. I used to blame everything on my tinnitus, but since accepting it, my life has changed.
I've lived with tinnitus for as long as I can remember. Now, at 22, after many rough years, I've found happiness despite my tinnitus. It hasn't gone away, but my negative response to it has.
When I was struggling, finding reliable information was nearly impossible. I created this channel to reach you at a crucial point in your journey.
Here, I'll share my mistakes, management techniques, and the things I wish I knew about tinnitus.
Thanks for being here! ☺️ If you enjoy my content, please click the SUBSCRIBE button! 💫🌟

It’s so refreshing!! I love being back at home. Nature is healing🫶🌷
@@LetsTalkTinnitusYes it is!!!!! You're right!!
A question for you, Caris. When you are wearing your hearing aids either with sound therapy built-in or amplification only, do you still hear your tinnitus? Also, when you take them out, does the tinnitus return to the same level?

You are so welcome! Yes caught be by surprise🤣

It’s lovely I live on a golf course in the Swan Valley. I have kangaroos in my back yard.
Sure is flat landscape over there, very nice, but so flat. Is most of the U.K. so flat?
I got to Wales to escape the flatness🤣 I love hilly landscapes! Most of England is pretty flat though
Love this…we are so lucky to live in the Countryside 🌳🌸
We are!
Playing pickleball helps me
My T is brutal, so brutal I cant even leave the house.
Go for a walk? Not a chance.
O meu tbm é brutal, o meu é audível em todos os cantos que eu vá e não sei mais o que fazer 😢 é só triste e solitário.
