Kristen, I have to tell you that I'm so excited that I actually found burrata up here in northern, lower Michigan, in the middle of nowhere! That first dish you tried, with burrata, sweet corn and tomatoes.....I have the freshest of fresh ingredients to make that! My own tomatoes and sweet corn picked this morning! I wish you were here for it. Can't wait!

OMG that shrimp looks incredible! I know it would be my favorite also! I think I would like the Key lime Gideons. I miss burrata in Italy so that looked yummy too! The beverahges look so refreshing! Yum to everything except "the wet ham" and greasy pizza. What a great experience!
The pizza looked soo good. Where in Italy have you visited? I went to Sicily once and had the BEST pizza in Palermo. I dream of that pizza. Where is the best pizza in Jersey in your opinion? Always looking for good pizza.
Ok, fun fact. I worked in professional office environments my entire career (I'm now retired). Whenever someone brought donuts to the office, there would always be these half donuts left behind because some ladies wanted a donut, but the whole thing was "too many calories"! No one wants your half donut you left behind, you freak! So, for fun, and to make a cheeky point, I would bring a box of filled donuts and stick a clean straw into each one so that it looked like I sucked out all the fillings and left the empty (half) donuts for others. 🤣😂🤣

I visited Tuscany & Rome. I absolutely loved Tuscany. My favorite pizza was from a place called Spirtos in Elizabeth NJ. It’s closed now though
