- One of my favorite places to go for a weekend brunch is The Boathouse in Disney Springs! They just added a brand new menu item: cookie butter waffles.

Super fun video Kristin! Definitely loved the hat on you. Everything you ordered looked so delicious. I think the steak and eggs, along with the Crab Benedict would have been my choice. Those rolls looked outrageous....Yum! Besides the Espresso martini, is there another drink you could recommend that you really enjoy in Disney Springs? I’m not a fan of coffee, but like a nice cocktail from time to time. Always enjoy your videos, thanks for posting.😊

Awesome food review! Cookie butter waffles look delish! My mom and I did the boat cars on our last visit last November. Really fun but agree a little scary bc you’re so close to the water lol!

That’s funny, I refuse to wear any hats besides a baseball cap😂 I look completely insane in a hat! The Boathouse is my favorite restaurant on property 🎉 We go and order the oysters 😍
Boathouse oysters are just the best. I figured it would be a little strange to get them for breakfast though

I can not find ANY information on the Boathouse brunch. Even on their own website! Where are times for brunch listed and where can specific brunch menus be found?? It’s not on My Disney Experience either!
