Roberto - what is the max height of the stand when fully extended i.e. measuring from the desk surface to the bottom of your monitor? (NB: I'm aware that where your VESA mount is located will effect relative position in relation to the height)
Hi, I enjoy your videos, clear picture, nice music, pleasant reviews.
I got exactly the same model Bestand Aluminum Single Monitor Stand with Gas Spring Adjust Arm Mount.
Is it possible to adjust the monitor pan and tilt movement?
The pan movement could be tolerated, but the downward tilt action has awful stiff movement, a lot of force needed and it might damage the panel during the tilt movement.
I tried the allen screw that is located right where the stand connects to the monitor, but I honestly didn't notice any difference at all.
I do not know if it does anything at all. I have tighten and loosen it to both extremes and it yet the monitor stand is functional like normal.
Any help will be appreciated. I already contacted the bestand support, but no answer yet.

Hi Ahmed, thanks for the feedback. The monitors are a bit more close to me but i can reach everything the same way and the cable management is wayyyy better hehe!!! :)
i hope one day will be building similar setup with all three screen

mi monitor is a samsung u28e590d rated 10.4lbs without stand. well this BESTAND was advertised as compatible up to 19lbs.... my monitor keeps falling down, the arm can't hold it up in the air. total and complete fail.
Their support isn't even there, their sales email didn't respond to my comments. Strongly advise to find another product.
Hi maurizio, thanks for sharing your opinion. Im using a LG27UD68-W and 2x LG24"(cant remember the model) but they all are working fine. Did you adjust the screw for the pressure of the arms? I did that as instructions and worked well.
If you cant get it to work then i would suggest that you ask for a refund

If weight doesnt matter, and my monitor has the same vesa fittings, but it is 32 inch SAMSUNG WQHD does it work with this BESTAND?
These things are junk. We've got an office full of them with 21" monitors on them. They flop down, and whatever you do, you can't adjust them to stay in place. Avoid!

Hell yea. BEST review of this monitor stand. We just unpacked it. And I was trying to bend the arm and !!!! not bending. Hidden screws to adjust the pressure? Going to be installing it tommorow and checking it out. I am going to love this. Thanks again for making such a great review video
