    As a mom of 3, this year I decided I was going to pour into myself. Being softer w/ myself and giving myself grace while still holding myself accountable. Working on my fitness and spending time with God is at the top of my list for this year. Love your videos💕

    I am in my late 😮60s and have multiple pain issues. But I am working on reducing my weight (253 down to 224 now) and getting fit enough to get on a regular walking routine again, you are very down to earth and inspirational. Thank you Janet.

    I’m typically a silent viewer but I love your videos! This year I’m doing the 75 soft challenge, been drinking a ton of water & going to the gym at least 45 min 5-6 days a week, and focusing more on cardio! Also been trying out new workouts at the gym. So far I’m loving it 🥰

    This year to become my ideal self is eating better, moving my body more, and journaling. I gained 80 pounds in the last 7 years. I am determined that this year I will adopt better habits in every aspect of my life not just the physical. Your videos help me so much. Thank you for all you content 😊

    There's a few things I'm implementing for myself: 1. Reading my Bible more 2. Recreating a morning routine that makes me excited to wake up 3. Cooking more-finding recipies that are high protien but low calorie, 4. Getting back into Journaling for my mental health. I love JoClub so I'm restarting there

    This year I am going to try to implement a realistic morning and nightime routine that works for me, move more in whatever way is functional for me as a mom of teens and a toddler and I'm going to start prioritizing my mental health so I can take better care of my family!

    Love your videos. I have startet walking up eraly and workout befor my job. That have been life changing... so far.. for me. Love having more free time on the afternoon. I also working on mye personal style, find the basic and right colores and so on.

    Thanks for doing the giveaway!!! This year I’m waking up at 5 am to go to the gym to get my 2 mile walk in. And then hitting the gym at 2pm to get my lift in before I get my kids from school. Your videos are the reason I got back on track and found my love for working out again. ❤ you’re so inspiring!!

    So guilty, but last year I was watching your videos while having such a sedentary lifestyle. Today, I am watching your videos while running on the treadmill! You always seem to post right when I want to give in to those bad habits so thank you 😂 and you’re so right about the portions! I’ve been measuring my portions by using a lunch Tupperware: it can only fit in the Tupperware, otherwise it’s too much! It’s been helping me a lot 👍 anyways, have a good day!

    heavy on the "your 3 45-minute workouts a week are not enough" For me a year ago it took EVERYTHING to get to those 3 spin classes a week. I built up the strength and endurance and now i'm doing at least 8 classes a week and walking and FINALLY seeing results.

    0:55 YOU ARE ABSOLUTELY RIGHTTTTT!! I’ve been deep in my healing turned wellness journey and I allow my light to shine more unapologetically now. The compliments that I’ve been getting lately are truly next level! 🥹😍🤞🏽✨ Apart of my self-love journey is allowing myself to fully receive and accept compliments from others. The fact that you started the video with this concept is so much confirmation. Too add, someone actually told me something along the lines of “it comes natural for you”, and I wanted to scream! 😂 That phrase and anything like it, feels like a hit to the chest due to all of the work I put in! I told my inner critic to take a backseat and accepted the compliment with grace and without oversharing all of many many routines and practices because they truly didn’t ask! 😂💀

    I definitely need to work on getting more movement in throughout the week. I am guilty of only really trying to go to the gym three times a week, if even that. So I’d like to mix different types of workouts in throughout the week

    Last year I lost 15lbs but I ended up gaining about 9lbs back. One thing I’m doing differently this year is to have softer approach to calorie deficit for fat loss and maintaining it. I was so invested and borderline obsessed with calorie counting, and I think I ended up burning out from it. This year I’m taking more intuitive approach, and staying consistent with daily movements.
