    Oh my god Khloé look so amazing, I feel like a breakthrough moment is happening in her life that will follow by abundance and wealth. Shout out to the next billionnaire kardashian.

    • @silkbuttons
      @silkbuttons 7 วันที่ผ่านมา +3

      Wealth? How dumb of you, she is already a 10 times plus multi millionaire, why are you wishing her wealth?,

    • @windys8971
      @windys8971 7 วันที่ผ่านมา +3

      @silkbuttons I think Khloé Kardashian is underrated because the media doesn't give her the attention she deserves. She's often overshadowed by her sisters, especially Kim. The Kardashian brand seems to typecast them: Kim as the "perfect" one and Khloé as the "funny fat one" (as Khloé herself has said on the show). However, I can see Khloe's intelligence and how she could easily destroy the illusions and nonsense surrounding the family if she chose to. Another thing I've noticed is that she doesn't seem to focus on self-branding, which is a waste of her potential. In terms of accomplishments and achievements, she needs to put in more work to build her own distinct identity.

    I really love how Mel talked about mindfulness based cognitive therapy - get out of the mind (Doing Mode) and drop into the body (Being Mode). When we turn towards, it actually helps anxiety so much, rather than trying to think our way out of something (that never works but makes it worse!)

    This might be crazy but hearing Mel talk about her life before she changed it gives me hope. I don’t wake up hungover or with hatred for others but I wake up with so much anger and hatred towards myself no matter how much I try to change. It’s ingrained so deep within us that we aren’t worthy and I feel so unworthy of my life every day and then I have a guilt and shame spiral about how I should be more grateful and the cycle continues everyday. Hugs to anyone out there feeling like this 🤍

You are obviously doing your best to work on your mindset by watching podcasts like this etc. When I feel really low I love to put my focus on other people. I like to help others, give others nice compliments and also use move my body by cooking something for others, going for a walk etc just being in motion can help so much. When you wake up, try to go for a walk and get your body moving and a little sunshine. I hope this helps xx

    I LOVE where Khloe said "you can't want change more than I do." I totally get that! You can have the best intentions, but change has to come from within. We can’t make someone want it for themselves, but we can focus on shifting our own mindset, leading by example, and letting our vibe do the talking. When we embrace our own growth, it’s like raising the energy around us, and it might just inspire others to vibe up too, when they’re ready. ❤

    Loved this! Khloe you are hands down the diamond in the rough, you just haven't realised it. I know what it is to be the tough one in a family. But the toughest ones are usually the most sensitive deep down. It's not good to carry with you...The burden of shouldering the pain all the time and it can manifest in your body years later, so it's important to do the work and release release release. I look forward to your podcast.

      @hollycrouse3260 you can do it. U need to figure out what makes u drink the most. Whether it's a person or anything else u need to get that out of ur life. I was taking pills. I was an alcoholic for 10 yrs. Trying everything from AA to in patient and out patient therapy. I finally gave up the things that made me want to drink. I've been sober for 9 yrs now. I smoke a bit of weed. But I've never went to jail for it. I've been in jail quite a few times due to drinking . It's just not worth it. Get the negative energy out of ur life. And plz try to get therapy and a psychiatrist. They will help u i promise. But u need to see both

I only really have family as friends but I'm just aok with that. The smaller ur circle less to worry and less stress/doing g for others that don't do for u. Ppl take advantage

    I absolutely loved this episode. So much of what was shared resonated with me and was exactly what I needed to hear. I've been struggling in both my relationship and at work lately, and what I’ve realized is that all I really need to do is ‘just let them.’ I’m only one step away from creating a better life for myself

    Listening to them both is so relatable and inspiring. I've been struggling in my 30s and have shame in that, but it's encouraging to know that someone like Khloe did too, yet she's now thriving and feels like herself again at 40. It's never too late for anyone ❤

    I teared up when Khloe shared how she wanted her ex-husband to be in the labor room for her daughter's memories. First time watching her podcast and I'm in awe! I've always liked her, Khloe.

    Be well, ALL. Thank you Khloe, for starting this podcast …and Mel Robbins: tysm…you’ve helped me immensely post losing my husband after 4 yrs of care before he passed in my arms. I CAN decide not to stay in the hole I’ve most definitely dug for myself. Loves to you both 💞

    Although I was very hesitant to watch because I love what Mel has to say, but not a Kardashian fan by any means. I must say, I’m impressed by the positivity and thoughtfulness that went into this podcast. Great job Khloe. This is very refreshing from the usual superficiality we receive from the family name. 😊
