You’re right. Your advice is humbling and authentic. There are two sides to every breakup. Yes they could have been better too, but by focusing on your own self- which is all we really have control over anyways- you can be better for this person or someone else later on if you choose.

Writing down the entire list of mistakes made for a future message with a realistic apology. This video arrived at the right time. Thanks Susan, it's a great help!
[I would love to hear your talk about discovering/building and stating your own boundaries and needs in a relationship.]

Thank you!! It's a big discussion so I didn't want to be incomplete.

THIS is the perfect video for all kinds of relationships that fell, providing one is willing to be honest and authentic. It's so relevant to my situation with my friend and I have identified my issues and have said my apologies and all. Going into 5 months with no contact. The time apart has given me clarity and has lifted that heavy weight. I'm not expecting him to reach out but will eventually see each other through mutual friends. The ball is in his court. Thanks Susan for this video! 🥰❤

Nothing hurts more than losing the love of your life and knowing you could have done better. I understand reasons for a breakup most often come bilateral. But still, there is always the loop of thinking I should have done things better and should have asked more when I felt something was not quite right, in the midst of all those beautiful moments. I wish and pray that one day, I can have him back in my arms. 😪❤‍🩹 Thank you Susan ❤

How are you holding up? I’m on the same stage. I’ve ended my relationship and run away cowardly and now I wish to get a 2nd chance but seems impossible and distance. She blocked me everywhere and have no way to reach out
