    Hey Joe could you consider doing a video on different rep schemes and techniques, eg. Top sets, back offs, rest pause, straight sets and reps in reserve ect, there seems to be a lot of misinformation floating around at the minute, loving the channel man

    When I perform this exercise I definitely prefer the second method where the spine rounds a little. I find it easier to 'scoop' the bar and contract the glutes at the top of the movement.

    Any glute and bridge always hurts my low back and always feel it in quads ? Not sure why
