    What I was looking for, thank you ! Start like a good morning and turn it to squat !!!🙏but she s always start bent knees 🤷🏻‍♀️🙈 İt s really true that , try to extend the thoracic cause problem for deep glute squat position

    At 11:45 you said the box could be higher because you're running out of range of motion. May I suggest legs together, feet forming a V, and plates under your heel.
    Also an updated video of this would be amazing. I've been trying to find a lift that allows full hip and knee extension.

    While watching this I realized I'm guilty of trying to extend too much from my upper back instead of keeping the spine neutral when low bar squatting. Video was helpful! Thanks!

    I didn't quite finish the video yet but one cue that I think helps me is to look down and forward while you low bar squat. If you try to keep your chest up then your balance is off.

    Hi joe! Awesome content again. I’d love to hear your thoughts on programming in the context of duration and how long you run the same workouts for. I feel usually is 6 weeks max that I see with most trainers but you suggest a longer stretch? Thanks! 🙌🏻💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼

    But then, Joe, would a RDL be better than this “hip squat” to target posterior chain ? So that we keep the “knee squat” and the RDL only ? That being said it’s good to bring variation in any case so I guess we don’t have to always keep only the best exercises (in terms of profile).

    I am wondering why you say ‘not to squeeze at the top’ I understand your just doing a glute squeeze without any real weight because your hips and ribs are all stacked in line with the force but is it not still beneficial to squeeze? Or does it make you loose output some how?
