Your video shows the wrong concrete rebar to be used. Never use mat mesh. There isn't proper distance between the rebar and the dirt. Your video shows pictures of supported rebar, but on your video its a mesh wire. Wiring sitting in dirt gives no extra strength.
Its not rocket science some of these pool builders are as bright as a burnt out light bulb lol! Built 180k pool for just under just under 80k with all the fixings, just find the right LICENSED contractors. Buy your own equipment and accessories you can build a nice pool for less then a new car.... And remember you don't pay for quality, quality pays you.....
