WOW can I use glucose in place of corn syrup or they're the Same thing

Does this dry soft enough that you could use it like fondant to create a design on top of a cupcake and still be able to bite into it easily?
Yes it’s beautiful to eat. Nice and soft
can this be used instead of fondant to put around the cake?
Yes it’s so beautiful to use! Any creases or mistakes can be smoothed away easily. We love it!
Do you have a chocolate rolled buttercream recipe?
Ooh we haven’t got one specifically but I’m sure with a bit of research we could create one. Adding cocoa powder shouldn’t effect the qualities of it
Can I replace corn syrup with maple syrup? TIA
Hi, golden syrup is preferable if possible as maple has a stronger flavour and colouring
How long does it stay good for?
Up to 5 days in the fridge or 3 months stored in the freezer
How would I put, say, this flower onto a sugar cookie and package it to be sent to someone?
It dries with an outer crust so it withstands transport really well. I’d package in a container and protect with a layer of tissue paper and then bubble wrap on top
