I'm wondering how I might best go about finding an accessory dwelling unit/mother-in-law unit to rent in West Seattle; it's important that I find a place in which I can make some noise! There are a number of sites for finding rental property including Zillow, Hotpads, and Rent.com, to name a few. Since you will be playing/practicing music a good idea is to reach out early in the process to see what rules are in place for noise. Good luck on your search!
