Thanks for the detailed video! I like what you guys are doing. I recently graduated college with a music degree, and I'm planning on moving up to West Seattle from Tacoma to be closer to my job. I'm wondering how I might best go about finding an accessory dwelling unit/mother-in-law unit to rent in West Seattle; it's important that I find a place in which I can make some noise! Thanks again guys.

Thanks for the feedback Carson and congrats on graduation! The best place to look for a rental with an accessory dwelling unit/mother-in-law unit would be online. There are a number of sites for finding rental property including Zillow, Hotpads, and Rent.com, to name a few. Since you will be playing/practicing music a good idea is to reach out early in the process to see what rules are in place for noise. Good luck on your search!
