More music clips please Rafal!!!! Those clips are super entertaining and really add a lot.
Only $20 an hour to help clean up? Fuckkkkk that lmao. You can work so many places for more and not deal with that shit.
And even then you have to work 100 hrs a week just to be able to afford a place to stay in the area. Unless you want to drive 3hrs one way each day
Damn Ben! No coverage for pools and outdoor AREAS!
I learned something today, woo!
Was waiting on this. Milton was wild, hopefully once in a lifetime. Going out immediately after the storm was like being in a bizarro world.
Why would it be "once in a lifetime"? It's literally part of what people have been denying for 30 years now: global warming.
I swear, I love this family. They make me smile and laugh every video!!!!❤
Ben and his team are now really working for those returns they reaped over the last decade! Keep up the great content.
Glad you guys are safe
It's been a year or two since I saw a Ben Mallah video. So happy to see Ben Jr lose all that weight. He looks great.
For the contractors bid, you forgot to factor in that the contractor also pays himself a salary, in addition to the 15% for the business.
lol When demand for contractors is highest after the hurricane he's that cheap f'ck acting like you're lucky to get the work for lowest bid! 😂
Sorry for everyone's loss!!
Stay safe out there Ben and Fam
good job on the hotel reno, we deal with tornados here in texas. i now its a lot of work.
Much love Ben
Ben has his sons hustling just like him 🫡 breaking down costs and getting the best deals
30 MILL DANG didn't he pay 16 for it?
Don’t think he’ll get 30, prob 20-25
He got a really good deal, he has suggested it's worth around $30
16.5 million in 2019
everything doubled since 2019 dude wake up
@@startingtech3900 30 mil in this economical environment is gonna be a hard sale, maybe if we get a new president that might change but otherwise he’s gonna be have to wait a while for it to sell
You have a great family Ben, thank you for sharing your life with us!
It's 2024, here is an idea. Stop building your buildings from wooden boards ! Use bricks/hollow blocks like the rest of civilization
This is a prime example of why property management is REAL ESTATE BABY
@2:15 how come neighbors pools look ok?
Good question
Dont kill the facade, editors need to crop that out now😂😂
The neighbor has a mechanical pool cover
Covers and could be way more elevated.
Vinson on the simply safe got me rollin
I'm favoured, $22K every week! I can now give back to the locals in my community and also support God's work and the church. God bless America.

I havent watched your videos for a while Ben, you appear to look much healthier than before, keep up the good work.
Hello from the The Mullenax Group - glad you are all safe - Ben Mallah Jr was right !
So glad to see yall stayed safe. I was praying for you during both.
Purple drywall is abuse board, green is for moisture.
You are an armature Vincent! You NEED to hire me.
I need to know, is the Ben Mallah Clips an official TH-cam channel?
Yes
@@BenMallah Then I shall subscribe to it too! Thought it was Vincent's unapproved side hustle.
@@joesmith6972you’re dumb
@@joesmith6972 😂
Building any permanent structure this close to the ocean is simply insane and it should never have been approved, built, or re-built! Another storm is coming guaranteed! Insanity is making the making the same mistake repeatedly while expecting a different outcome.
My house got direct hit by EF3 tornado here in Loxahatchee FL, lots of damage on the east coast!
Damn man. How how bad was the damage? Those tails bounce around & level block homes. We made got very lucky here in. Pinellas.
@@evanoneill619 damage was quite bad, all trees downed, fences and power lines down, roofs gone, cars flipped, the roof of a brand new Publix shopping center under construction collapsed, 3 ton construction dumpster was on a house roof, pretty bad, the city just now started to pick up the piles of logs/tree debris, but no fatalities except some live stock
Vincent negotiating with the contractors like Ben is great 😂
Shit i fill that pool in hell with it save the money 😂
Bleach doesn't kill mold roots
Bleach is only effective at wiping away surface mold spores, and it doesn't kill the mold roots that are growing underneath porous surfaces.
*Amazing video, thanks for the steady stream. I’m favoured, $450k Returns the Lord is my saviour in times of my need!!!*
Only God knows how much grateful i am. After so much struggles I now own a new house and my family is happy once again everything is finally falling into place!!
Wow that's huge, how do you make that much monthly?.. I'm 37 and have been looking for ways to be successful, please how??
It's Ms. Evelyn Vera doing, she's changed my life.
I started pretty low, though, $5000 thereabouts. The return came massive. Joey is in school doing well, telling me of new friends he's meeting in school. Thank you Ms. Evelyn Vera, you're a miracle.
Wow...I know her too she is a licensed broker and a FINRA agent she is popular in
US and Canada she is really amazing woman with good skills and experience.
Whoever shoots and edits these videos is genius.
Fear and uncertainty create major wealth. It's those who take the risk and have strong gut to endure the bloody days. When i notice extreme dips i tend to actually move more money to crypto
Many new tra-ders face challenges without proper guidance. I found success by learning from James Clark's expertise.
@@GiffordKollarexactly that's why I always seek Mr J Clark's guidance in all I do 😊
How has Netflix or Amazon prime not offered Ben a tv show yet? Multi millionaire, billion bucks worth or property, funny as bell, family is involved, would make a great show.
Was just taking a break thinking (i wish I had a new Mallah video to watch)
Perfect timing!!
I want to thank the Lord Jesus Christ for hearing and answering my prayers, thank You, Lord! May the Holy Spirit continue to guide us in sharing Your unconditional love. On another note, trusting the process really does bring great rewards. Working with Melissa Jonas Richard has positively impacted my financial journey, and her advice has helped me grow. If you’re considering a change, don’t hesitate and stay disciplined it could be just the opportunity you’ve been looking for!
Oh my goodness, I’m so happy to hear that! Melissa is amazing. I was skeptical at first, but her approach to investments is next level. I started small, but now my portfolio is way better than I ever imagined. She’s really professional and has been verified by major agencies like the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). Honestly, I wouldn’t have believed it if I hadn’t experienced it myself.
Same here! I heard about her from a colleague at work, and I’m from the UK, by the way. Melissa is incredibly skilled, and what I love is that she’s honest and transparent. It’s not some quick schemes you see everywhere, she really educates you along the way. I’m seeing consistent returns every month. I’m so grateful!
I started working with her six months ago, and now I’ve seen a 60% return on my investments. The FINRA has also confirmed her credentials.
G’day from Sydney! I can’t thank Melissa enough, she has such a good grasp of the markets and knows exactly when to move. I was drowning in debt, but now I’m living comfortably and my portfolio’s been doing really well over the past year thanks to her advice. She’s got a proven strategy, and it’s backed by multiple agencies like Forbes , the International Blockchain Association, Wall Street Financial Insights and even ASIC has also endorsed her expertise. The woman is verified!
Wow, what a coincidence, I’ve been hearing about her from different people. Who exactly is this Melissa Jonas Richard?
Vincent is absolutely the best !
This is the problem with being in the real estate business in Florida. One hurricane could bankrupt you. Ben, you’ve gotta relocate, come to Vegas!
Thank you for praising the young men willing to work so hard to bring our communities back. Please remember they work with you, not for you.
