If thats Bens strategy, based on this video I'm gonna say, it isnt working out so great. Since Vincent was in defense immediately. He doesn't seem like he's very self reflecting. Because below all that crap that Ben is giving him, there are is actual factual critique.
Wich Vincent could take seriously and try to improve. But it seems that he just doesn't listen when Bens starts his run.

Just started watching these videos the other day. I feel Ben is trying to pass the knowledge to people who don’t know this kinda stuff and have fun doing it at the same time. I seem to be learning a bit about what it’s like owning businesses more and more when watching the videos. Including making smart decisions financially even when it seems to some people your spending money on unnecessary things. I learned so far to always think outside the box along with when you’re buying something is that “thing” gonna make you more money than what you got it for? Is it going to go up in price or down? I’m starting to catch on about what I need to do when I get older so I have money coming in faster than it’s going out. Also going to your business out of the blue is great. That keeps the staff on their A game to keep the property’s in great shape. Very smart too Ben on what you said about the plant. It needs trimmed so you keep clear of lawsuits. Someone will end up complaining about the plant so get rid of the problem before it becomes a major problem. Also I’d be upset about those leafs laying in the ground like that. There’s no reason they should be sitting on the ground. Looks like they’ve been sitting there for awhile too. It’s even in the pool. Someone should be going out there maybe once or twice a day making sure the walk ways look clean as well as the pool. The tread mills need to be straightened up as well like Ben said and that would set me off. Another thing I caught on as well was keep your eyes open. Make your businesses look as clean, organized, and professional as possible. Ben’s kid needs to stop talking to his Dad like that. If I was his kid I’d be sitting and watching how my Dad moves so I can be successful in my life not sit and complain about my Dads professionalism. If my Dad is a billionaire or millionaire he’s clearly doing something right so be quiet and observe Vincent. Your Dad is giving you the key to major success right to your face and you are being stubborn. Just cause he’s your Dad doesn’t mean you are gonna get away with whatever you want. One more thing, stand straight when your Dad is talking you. If I was Ben and my kid sat there all slouched like Vincent I’d say then I guess you don’t take this job seriously and start him at the lowest position.

Vincent telling Ben that he doesn't know what he is talking about, unbelievable, there is a say: When the carrot will rise on the gardener. 🤔🙄

I’ve had dozens of employees over the years and have never seen someone so entitled, disrespectful and have as many excuses as Vincent! I’d fire him!!!! Just my opinion! Ben Sr is a very tolerant and patient employer! God bless you Ben!!

Vincent could be sacked if Ben were some other manager, he's just doing his supervisory work Vi.....plus he didnt want to complain but the dirt (leaves) around the pool disgusts him (Ben)....You guys (Ben, Vincent, the polish etc) are just some inspiration.Thumbs up

Vincent needs a major reality check. Horrible attitude - without his father, he would be nowhere in life. Shit, if my father hooked me up with a job like that and set me up for life, I would do as told with zero attitude and try to learn as much as possible.

Yall are hating crazy. These are real people we're talking about and those of which you all know nothing about, placed in a position you know nothing about nor can relate to who may see what you write so be mindful. I wouldn't say he would not be anywhere in his life. He seems like a smart guy and honestly speaking he could more than likely make more money elsewhere doing something else because from personal experience working with family doesn't pay well. Vince just has a bad attitude, takes things a bit too personal perhaps even a bit childish. In my opinion I think he should handle situations such as this in a different manner because at the end of the day his dad is his dad and a wonderful asset for him at the end of the day as well. Ben is a hard ass at the end of the day so with people like that you've got to learn how to brush people off like that and not take their words to heart. I'm sure he is aware of the blessing of being born to the family he was but he wants to feel appreciated and probably thinks he deserves a bit more of the pie. Ben doesn't seem like the type to let that happen though until Ben feels his son is performing whatever standard his father has set in his head for Vince. Perhaps Ben just doesn't think he is living up to his full potential yet.

Love this video Ben !!! Finally you tell the truth how it is. Kids do not give a sh.t nowadays. They want all just handed to them. Do not share business with them. Have them work for it or take a hike !

This is the best show on TH-cam!!! Make it a series!!! Love the friction between Vincent and Ben. I’ve seen it in so many families where the son is impatient with the father (it often happens between the eldest son and the father. Don’t know why). Hope for you all the best, and hope the interest on loans goes down in America 😀😀😀
