    ఈ డాక్టర్ గారి వద్దకు నేను కరోనా టైం లో అర్థరాత్రి వెళ్ళాను. వచ్చి Ecg తీసి ఏ సమస్యా లేదు అని ధైర్యం చెప్పి కొన్ని anxiety మందులు ఇచ్చి పంపారు. బాగా రికవర్ అయ్యాను. వైద్యుల్లో ఇలాంటి గొప్ప గొప్ప వాళ్ళు కూడా ఉన్నారు. నేను ఖచ్చితంగా చెబుతున్నాను. ఈ డాక్టర్ అత్యంత దయామయుడు. మా స్నేహితులు కూడా వీరి వద్దకే వెళతారు. అందరి అభిప్రాయం కూడా నా అభిప్రాయం లాంటిదే. Thanks డాక్టర్ గారు నాకు సహాయం చేసినందుకు.

    My age is 52, i managed to walk 100km in a week on an average for 6 months, and able to reduce 24 kgs. I suggest 2 walking sessions per day. I can walk 7km per hour, please ensure sweat is generat ed for all your sessions . Good info as well from Doctor garu
