    Really you are great sir👍 I have night walk since a fortnight. My fasting sugar level used to be more than the permissible upper limit since very long time. I started walking after dinner since a fortnight and my fasting sugar has come down within the permissible limit.

    అయ్యా నాకు డబ్బై సంవత్సరాలు గత ఇరవై ఐదు సంవత్సరాలుగా మధుమేహం ఉంది ఏమీ తోచక టెస్ట్ చేయించుకుంటే ఆరువందల యాభయ్ ఉంది మూడు చోట్ల టెస్ట్ చేయించుకున్నా అలాగే ఉంది అప్పటినుంచి టాబ్లెట్స్ వాడుతున్నాను ఎప్పుడూ రెండు వందల పైనే ఉంటుంది ప్రస్తుతం ఉదయం మూడొందల ఇరవై ఏడు టిఫిన్ తిన్నాకా నాలుగొందల ఇరవైమూడు ఉన్నదీ మధ్యాన్నం నుంచి నీళ్లెక్కువ త్రాగుతాను ముందు రెండు మూడు గ్లాసుల నీళ్లుత్రాగుతాను తెల్లవారేదాకా బాత్రూమ్ కి లేవను కళ్ళజోడు లేకుండా చదువుతాను కాళ్ళు మంటలు వగైరాలు ఏమీ లేవు ఇన్సులిన్ ఇంజక్షన్ చేసుకోను శాఖాహారిని ఏ దురలవాట్లు లేవు టెన్షన్ లేదు పాజిటివ్ ఆలోచనలు
