It’s only available to members. The membership is the same as a year’s subscription to a sailing magazine, so well worth it, however. I believe a few sample copies can be found online if you want to consider it.
Nice video showing some wonderful advantages of being organized. It would have been nice to see the DCA become the "EDCA", European Dinghy Cruising Association. Meanwhile, Great Britain seems so far away from Europe. A political nightmare with really sad effects.
