Hi! Thank you - that means a lot. I started doing these because I had trouble finding tutorials without fluff and that didn’t assume I already knew a lot. So thank you very much! Cheers!
Again another excellent demo. Been working with Blender for several months, and STILL learned new things watching this video. Great channel and approach to demos. Very helpful.
Hey sorry this was delayed, but thank you for the kind words. I love hearing that these videos are useful (they take a while to make LOL). Thanks for watching and take care!
I love your videos Brandon! Thanks so much for the work and effort you put into making them clear and informative! 🙂 I hope you have a great rest of your weekend my friend! 😃
Hi, thx for this instructional vid!! There is however a way of extrusion I cannot find anywhere: extruding a face along a curve. I do not mean extruding an object along along a curve, but one face. So suppose you want to make a make a curved hook coming out of that sphere. Hope you can help!
THANK YOU SO MUCH OMG I WAS TRYING TO RIGHT CLICK SINGLE VERTICES THEN RIGHT CLICKING AND HITTING EXTRUDE AND IT WASNT WORKING AND I WAS SOOOOOOO CONFUSED OMG THANK YOU SO MUCH BUT NOW I HAVE A NEW QUESTION OMGG HOW DO I SMOOTH OUT THE VERTICES NOW YOU KNOW LIKE GET IT TO LOOK HIGHER POLY AND SMOOTH OMGGGGGGGGG THANK YOU SO MUCH
So here comes a Noob question, once you make an extrusion (let's call it E1) and then another (E2) , you cannot go back to E1 and change the length of the Extrusion...? Help would be appreciated :)
No not easily. Once you move onto the next it’s done. You could do it manually, undo it and do it again, or get into learning geometry nodes where you’d have more non-destructive control. Still not even sure that’s a solution. Sorry for the bad news.
You have some of the most helpful and practical tutorials for Blender on the internet - Cheers.
